a couple weeks after purchasing said vehicle the alternator went out. no hesitation on WOW end when I called them & they told me they would get it fixed right away, free of charge. new alternator must have been defective because it started acting up a few weeks after being replaced, but once again WOW fixed it asap for me. they’re amazing!!

Drew helped me get into a vehicle when I stilled owed on a van when the transmission went out and had no idea what I was going to do. He did everything but sign the papers for me.
