Update, my last visit was just a sad experience , I ordered the 10 piece hand breaded tenders and I only received 8.
I was thinking it was really late they probably wanted to get out of there, but after I thought about it they were Open 24 hrs and I was the only customer and looking at the photo, the tenders were getting smaller and smaller. I'm sorry but since I was the only customer and the way the tenders look, there is no excuse no reason for this kind of service. No excuse.

Hate to say this but I’ve never given 5 start review before but let me say chicken was cooked perfectly onion rings were fresh yes I waited like 5-7 min but deff worth the wait I WILL be back to this place

We stopped late to get a couple meals. I don’t like the automated machine for the drive-through because I just knew it was gonna get the order wrong, but Damien was the drive-through associate that filled our order tried to make sure that the sandwich was made right when we got it. It was missing bacon, so I went back around and the employee went above and beyond and actually took it upon himself to personally make the sandwich so he knew it was right. give that man a raise!

I love this hardees, good food and good service, i do like the automation service at the drive thur can hear your order clear would recommend this place for regular or late night service 24 hours

This location has always been consistent with hot and fresh food. I love their hot ham and cheese!

It was good we got there just before the lobby closed, they were nice and didn’t rush us out.

This Hardee's is just a couple minutes away so I'm there .... More than I care to admit. Yesterday, there were several cars already in line and a storm moving in. The folks at the drive thru kept the line moving at a good pace, and the gal at the window greeted me with a smile. The food was hot and fresh and filled my belly nicely. These folks are ALWAYS so kind and professional and I've never had a bad order.

Had lunch there today, via the drive up window. Our order was 100% correct, fresh and hot. The young man at the window smiled and listened, good customer service . Pleasantly surprised! Good job!

Everyone was so incredibly kind and thoughtful today when I stopped by for lunch! They even asked if I needed any extra salt, pepper, ketchup, etc. before I pulled away.

Drive Thru staff was very cordial and positive when us patrons waited patiently for service! Of course it’s going to be busy on a Saturday evening!

And as of my visit on 9-17-22, they are now open 24 hours again Tues-Saturday! Now McDonald’s needs to follow suit! ONLY ONE singular McD’s in a Metro of 750,000 is open 24 hours. Definitely need more than that!

Delicious biscuits and gravy - staff has been nice and pleasant every time I have been at this location. Food is always hot and fresh. Eating area is clean and bright.

Great service, clean dining in experience. Food was very good. We had the home style chicken sandwich, fries, hot ham and cheese sandwich and all star chicken strips meal. Everything was good and fresh and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back when traveling in this area again.

After my order was placed which totalled almost $20; WOW it took just under 4 minutes to receive and it was ALL super fresh and at exactly the right temperature. That is what I call super efficiency. Staff was extremely polite and exceedingly professional.

I went a head and gave 5 stars based on our last visit. Normally it would be a three or four. I feel our store is understaffed and because of this the people seem to be rude at times and it can take 15-20 min to get your order, and that's even if you are the only car or even the 2nd car in line. Not sure if this is due to Covid, the location or what. The food is a 50/50, one time it's good then the next time not so good.

Ate here twice when staying in town for a couple of days. Service was top notch & prompt, even brought my food to the table before I got up to get it myself, also gave me a free pie. It's little things like that!

The food here is tasty, the service is fast, the staff is friendly. What more could you want? If you like fast food, this place is great. I love that the drive thru is open 24/7. This is a great place to grab a bite. Don't pass it up!

The staff is very friendly and care about the quality of the food and the customer service they are providing. I have seen employees help the elderly to their table, deliver their tray of food if they need it , and be sure their regulars are taken care of. The only issue I had with this place is that it was a very long time in the drive thru for one burger. When I finally did get the burger, it was wonderful! I was very surprised. Had the service been quicker, this place would have gotten 5 stars. Sometimes, good old home grilled burgers are exactly what you need. Marcydiner tantrum scale of 5/5-no screaming kids.

Had lunch with friends and food and service were awesome thank you for great experience.

We received excellent service from a gentleman at the counter. We asked him if the tattoos in his ears hurt, he said yes and than we told him we were stopping for breakfast since my spouse and I just got jobs. We said hey GOD is good and works his miracles. We said yes he does. We don't know his story or where he came from, but we ended up giving him a $10.00 for being such a down to Earth overall nice guy! If you read this make sure to stop and see him! He was a wonderful employee. I just wish I knew his name!
