North Hangar

I’ve never had any issue getting in or out of this side of the airport. Hard as heck to get lost too. Just walk and you’ll find everything that was on the right side of you will still be on the right side because you’ll be going in a circle. Unless you go the other way, but you get it. Water bottle filler over there on the little store side. Easy peasy.

I can echo the recent positive reviews. North Hanger has improved both their service and their coffee. I’m only in this terminal 2-3 times a year but I always get coffee at North Hangar because it’s the only option. Coffee and service have been lousy for the past several visits. I was pleasantly surprised this trip that I quickly received a tasty latte from a friendly server.

Great service, my man at The Godfather’s Pizza was dishin it out hot and fast and efficiently. Breakfast costs aren’t too high, I’m sure alcohol is “airport cost”, though.

December 2023:
Stopped by for coffee and a breakfast burrito. Service was very friendly. Coffee was very good. Especially considering this is the only option at an airport.

Would definitely come back again for the coffee. Food options are just so so.

Quick spot to snag a drink before a flight. Not necessarily cheap and the prices could be better, but the service was great. Shout out to the cute girl working on Christmas Eve. She was so sweet to everyone that stopped by.

Decent food and drinks here. One thousand times better than the dreaded failure that is Kracky McGee's in the other terminal at the Omaha Airport that only sells overpriced cold sandwiches for food.

Coffee drinks!

It was okay for a drink while we waited to board. Prices are extremely hiked, even for an airport. The bartender was nice, though this is a place where you order strictly from the bar. Not a big deal. Kind of busy at 5pm on a Friday. Also kind of dirty but it's a high traffic area with quick turnover and understaffed.

Crowded but we found a place to sit. Had a cocktail while passing the time until our delayed flight. $24 for a beer and a whiskey? 🤔But what choice do you have?

Poor guest service! The Caucasian guy w/ a slight blonde beard working the night of 11/18/22 @4pm is a terrible representation of your company & hospitality in general! Needless to say I’d never patronize this restaurant again. $13 for a small house salad, ridiculous!! If any guest see this guy at the register, just go elsewhere, you’ll be treated as if you are disrupting his phone conversation. He did not have a name tag or else I’d blast his name all over social media.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced - ever !!! The man behind the counter was absolutely the rudest person I've ever met.

Sitting in the airport after standing at this place for 10 mins it's not even 6 pm and the place is closed !!!
