It’s not often that I review a Taco Bell but this place is adorable (very well decorated) & has great energy. My taco & burrito were also solid. I serve PT across the street at Bennigan’s & just sayin’ that I often swing by on breaks or after work & appreciate this space. Well done, Merle Hay Bell!

Now, I'm not usually one to write reviews about fast food establishments because, frankly, who has the time for that? Typically, if I do voice any opinions, it's usually to express dissatisfaction with cold food or slow service. But let me tell you, Colin's customer service was truly exceptional, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts.

Colin is an outstanding individual, full of charisma, and he genuinely cares about the people he serves. When I walked into Taco Bell, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. It's refreshing to encounter such genuine hospitality. He took the time to engage in pleasant conversation with me, ensuring that I had a pleasant experience. Finding someone so personable in the fast food industry is a rare gem, I must say.

However, here's the point I want to emphasize: it's not the franchise itself that keeps the lights on, but rather the hardworking individuals like Colin who make the work happen. This man has tremendous potential, mark my words. With his intelligence and charm, he could easily climb the ranks within the organization. I sincerely hope that his superiors recognize his exceptional qualities and provide him with the opportunities he deserves. Colin possesses the skills necessary to excel in management positions.

In today's world, customer service often feels impersonal and rushed, as if nobody truly cares. But Colin is different. He understands that it's the people who truly make a difference. I come here a lot not only because it is close to my job but because they are wonderful here, if you treat the staff with respect you get respect. The food is always hot and yummy. Thank you for always remembering my order. 🥰

This is my go-to Taco Bell. Every interaction with staff is polite and friendly! The food is always tasty and they never miss anything in my orders. Shout out to Kara!! Exceptional service from her!!

There are good Taco Bells and bad Taco Bells. This is a GOOD Taco Bell. Food was hot and tasted good. Would stop there again.

The people who work at this location clearly have a positive work environment and care about what they do.
They were fast, and everyone was working together. This is the best tacobell in the metro in my experience.

My order was wrong, I ordered Chicken Cascadia with no baha sauce and extra chicken. It had the hot 🔥 🥵 on it and really didn't appear to have extra chicken. I was traveling and so couldn't return to change the food. Drive thru staff was courteous. Next time.

I've been to the urbandale store a handful of times and this is by far the best fast food I have ever bought in I don't know how long not just the food the quality of the product but the service provided all a1,unlike Burger King across the street which is the opposite The most ghetto business I've ever been to With the worst service and food. The inside is very clean. Nice staff especially Madison. She was extremly nice to us and helped make sure we got what we needed.

As Taco Bell is taco bell, it's always a good tummy filler at good price. This location is ok and pretty clean. Associates were pleasant as they can be. Parking ample.

I just had the BEST experience at this Taco Bell. The drive thru employee made me laugh so hard I cried. I had never tipped a fast food employee until today and I wish I had had more cash on me to give her more. Also, wish I had caught her name, she knew how to do her job well!

This is one of the better taco bells. Not only have they not messed up my orders yet but my food is always fresh. The last time I went the lady reminded me it was happier hour so I could get a $1 drink.

This is consistently the best taco bell. I mean, I typically get decent customer service at most taco bell's, but this one has great customer service that is quick and correct.

Only been through the drive-thru, I dont typically dine in for fast food.
