The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Emma assisted us yesterday and was fantastic. We had an appointment. We asked if she could do some paperwork while we completed the appointment. She had everything ready for us to sign. It was so quick. She went over everything and we done in a sort time that we were even for the second appointment we had later that day. Great bank!!

We love dealing with everyone at the Polk City branch! All the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. We have several accounts, loans, and a lockbox at the Polk City location. There isn't a time I've walked in there when I wasn't greeted by someone on the way in and on the way out! Highly recommend Luana to anyone who is considering a bank switch - you won't regret it!

Several years ago we went to Luana for a property loan because they had the best rates. As it turns out they have excellent staff too. A few years later we moved all of our accounts to them because of that service. Nate Riesing has been our primary contact in Polk City and I would highly recommend him. He’s a great person to work with.

We refinanced our house last year. We chose Luana because they had the lowest rate. We were thoroughly pleased with the process and service. They made it really easy for us. We love the fact too that, unlike most mortgage companies, they didn't sell our loan to some big bank but kept it local instead.
