Oh my goodness! I was sick and tired of my phone bill that loamed over $600 a month. Metro PCS is giving us the same services for $210 a month. I'M not missing my old service at all! No contracts, new phones. Plenty of free phones and anything else you want can be bought. Best deal we've ever found! They are great to work with. My daughter lived in another state and she was able to go to her local Metro PCS office and get her new phone and we were able to pay for it online.

This five stars is for Tiana, not metro. She(Tiana) went above and beyond to get things sorted out for me after my mom paid for 4 months of service and her port in didnt go through. After paying for her service on March 4th the port in was cancelled as well as the phone service on March 10th. Tiana made sure to help me get service with a new phone number that actually works and made sure I didnt have to pay any of the fees again. She even spent her own time outside of work to make sure it got done for me. I am so very pleased with her guest service and will always stop in to see her with any of my future issues. The world needs more people like her.

Even though I am not a Metro PCS customer, I do recognize outstanding Customer Service. The sales associates, Amanda and Taylor, were both friendly, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I will be recommending this Metro PCS store to others!

The gentleman working here is by far one of the best employe I have ever dealt with...he was very helpful..didn't try to screw us around and sell us a fone we didn't want like some Metro stores do...we told him want we was looking for and our budget...and he sold us a fone that we wanted ..I highly recommend this store if your looking for a great deal..his name is Andrew...deal with him..I promise you wont be disappointed!!!👍✌
