Tom's West went above and beyond with my families most recent vehicle purchase. We had an issue and they were there to make it right. Rich was awesome in making sure we were taken care of and Andrew was a great rep to work with and then Todd was a big help with the financial side. I would highly recommend this lot to anyone looking for a used vehicle. I will definitely be a returning customer for the years to come! Excellent experience of buying my Tahoe after searching many car lots. Great friendly customer skills over the 1st phone call that made it worth moving forward. No big sales pitch to push you away. Everyone listened to my ideas of what I was needing and when entering the store everyone approached you with a smile and just genuine qualities that made you feel very comfortable and in the right place. All of my concerns were answered and fast easy process when buying. They were very inviting and accommodating. I know their goal is to sell a car, but they were very open about the process, the vehicle, etc. They allowed me to take it for a few hours before I bought it to take it to a mechanic before I decided. After I purchased and the price sticker was removed from the car, I noticed a crack in the windshield. They gave me the number of someone who is going to get it fixed for me.

I bought my first car from Tom's Auto Sales West this past weekend, all-around a positive experience. This branch has a great inventory and does not pressure you in any way to make a purchase, I talked to Joe when I went in and he was very sincere and personable. Additionally, Jake was very helpful by giving me good insight about financing my car, insurance, warranties, etc, and made the whole process as understandable and transparent as possible. My vehicle did need a new battery and oil change, but they were nice enough to handle all of that for me, and even gave another car to drive for a couple of days while they took care of it. I will be going back Tom's in the future.

Collan was able to fit me in for a test drive appointment on very short notice. He was very up front and honest about the condition of the 2006 Subaru Outback I was interested in. He let us take our time and explained the process every step of the way. He was ready to answer questions didn’t push me into spending more than I could afford. I went to Tom’s West looking for a wallet-friendly commuter vehicle. Collin and Jake made this process as easy and seamless as possible. Collin met with us, showed us options and let me drive several vehicles until I found one that fit my needs and budget. He listened to my questions, provided undivided attention, and spent time with us on a busy Saturday. Jake explained the entire financing process to us to our level of understanding, and provided plenty of information to make a usually stressful part as easy as can be. Within an hour (max hour and a half) I was off the lot with a vehicle that worked for me. HIGHLY recommend Tom’s Auto West and their team! 10/10 experience - I will absolutely come back to buy my next vehicle here in the future!

My fiancé and I worked with the representative Collan - right off the jump we liked him. He has a mellow, laid back, no pressure type of vibe that immediately settles the ptsd salesman vibe we've experienced just about everywhere else. We love our Escalade purchase and without Collan's help in finding a lender, warranty info and all the other elements, we couldn't have made it happen!

Drove 4 hours to look at a truck we saw online. They were accommodating and trustworthy. Paperwork was filled out quickly and we were back on our way home in no time.

Collan was my salesman he did great at explaining the pros and cons of the car I wanted. I ended up buying it for a very fair price, doesn’t get much better than that for buying a used car I will be back for my next car.

We had the best car shopping experience today at Tom’s Auto Sales West. Our salesperson was Andrew. He treated us with kindness and cared about our shopping experience. He was more than patient as we were picky on what to purchase. I hate car shopping but will do back there when it’s time to purchase another one. All of the men that work there spoke to us like we were long lost friends. Again, best car shopping experience ever.

buying your first car on payment is always nerve racking but their salesman Alan made it such a smooth and stress free experience. I have almost no credit history and they worked with me to get me a wonderful payment plan with only 4% interest! so so so happy with my new subaru :) the prices are super fair and they have some really nice cars for there being a car shortage at the moment! so extremely happy with my purchase! thank you!

Joe was great! We drove 3 hours to buy a Jeep for our son from Tom's Auto and was informed that a problem was discovered with the vehicle we were planning to purchase. Joe was honest and could have made the sale but wanted us to know all the facts. He helped us find another BETTER and SAFER vehicle and made us a great deal! My son loves his new Volvo and we couldn't be happier! It's a beautiful car and I'm not gonna lie- I kinda want one now! lol Would definitely buy from again.
