LJ's Burgers & Ice Cream

Finding myself in the area of LJ’s, I decided to grab a quick bite. Frankly, I didn’t have high hopes; I just wanted something quick and easy. They left me pleasantly surprised and with not just the food. The service was pleasant and efficient. Abby smiled and made sure my order was accurate and that I had everything I needed. Her co-workers, Nathan and Maddie, also knocked it out of the park making amazing deluxe pork tenderloin sandwich and onion rings. Both were hot and crispy. After having a not so great day, the friendly service and delicious and quick meal were an excellent way to end the day!!

Ok Folks- today was the $7.00 lunch! Totally hit the spot!
Cheeseburger, fries, soda and a sundae. COME ON! 7 BUCKS.
I'm full - but not to full, I hate being so full after lunch that it makes you tired. This portion will do NICELY!
Now go get those grandkids and go get your $7 lunch. I'm sure you will enjoy it and you can support local business.

We love LJs! The food is always consistent. Haven't been inside since Covid until now. Looks like they need our support. Please support local!! Food is always fresh and service is always friendly!! You will not be disappointed!

Very fond memories from my childhood. The pizza burger is hands down, a top tier menu item. Always order two and a large fry, you will not regret it for!

Had a odd request due to dad being in hospital. He won't drink the ensure drinks the doctors want him to. Took one into LJ and asked if they could mix it into a chocolate malt. They were great about it. Very appreciative of their understanding and willingness to accommodate my request

Being vegetarian, there's not a lot for me at a burger joint, but I was hungry for a little "late night snack" and decided to try this out.

Great sides for sure! I wasn't sure about portion sizes just looking at them but dang, it's a lot when it comes time to try and actually eat it all.

I find it pretty rare that someplace is able to make great fries AND onion rings; usually I find myself preferring one or the other, depending on the place. The cheese curds are good, too! Very impressed.

Service was friendly, courteous, and professional.

I've been back several times now and it's always just great. Highly recommended.

Great alternative to the corporate fast food joints in town. Fast and friendly service with great tasting food.

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly. There is always a line in the drive thru, but it goes quick and your food is fresh and hot. I get plain double cheeseburgers for my dogs and tenderloin for me. Always perfect. Besides... they recognize and talk to my fur baby when we get up to the window. She loves the attention and knows something good is coming!

Their pizza burger was freaking amazing! Gave a nostalgic school pizza burger but tasted about 10x's better! Only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because the banana split was small and halfway melted when we got it from drive thru😩

This place is a winner! According to my kids (and my tastebuds) they have the best cheese curds in town! Their mushroom Swiss burger is pretty delicious too. BUT the thing we love LJ's for the most is their soft serve vanilla ice cream cones with rainbow sprinkles! Yum!

I go through their drive through often. Delicious food, the employees are always kind to me 10/10 will recommend and definitely will continue to frequent here!

I adore this ma and pa burger shop. The food is bomb. The fries and chocolate shake are probably the best I've ever had. The facilities are clean, and the service is phenomenal. The employees are quick and kind. If you're looking for a quaint place to enjoy a burger, you found the right place!

Good food at a reasonable price. And the ice cream was a great desert. They still can't get people to work so it's drive up only but they do have tables outside. It's too bad people don't want to work

Picked up dinner thru the drive thru and wasn't disappointed. The sauce on the Big John burger has a little spice that puts this burger over the top. My daughter had the chicken strips that she said were delicious with THE BEST ranch dipping sauce. Can't wait to come back and try their ice cream treats. Great local restaurant that will become a regular on our list!

Still the best frozen treats around for miles. Prices not bad, only issue is the bad drive through intercom. But worth saying burger and shake! 5 times.

Saddened to be leaving the neighborhood that's so closeby to LJ's! Their tenderloin and onion rings are the 💣 bomb! 💣 great burgers, and LOVE their polar freezes in the summertime! (wish they still had lemon/lime though 😥) The prices are good, and the kids that work there are friendly (as are the owners)

Nice little place. Nothing fancy and just right when you need a bit of fried food. Try the cheese curds and tenderloin. They also carry ice cream cakes! They make it all fresh and they keep the store clean. They also have a kids menu. All in all a really good place. Wish I lived closer so I could go there more often.

Great food, great staff! This is one of our new favorite places to eat. My 7 year old loves this place, the staff are awesome with her and she always feels like shes special when she gets ice cream with her meal 😉
