Awesome, love our new shower. They had to reschedule the 1st appointment due to another job taking longer. Was easy to reschedule for the next time. The guys were nice and worked efficiently together. Thank you Brian and Jason. Couldn't be any happier with our decision!! Would recommend to anyone. Sales person Tom was not pushy in making a sale. We appreciate that very much.

I couldn't be happier. The installer Brian D was great. And very professional. I understand more why it wasn't cheaper. It took a little over a day to do the prep work. I wasn't expecting such a great job. It should by far last longer get than I will..

Recently Bath Fitters installed a tub insert with a handicap handle in one of our bathrooms for my Mom to use. They were very easy to work with, explained everything in complete detail and our installer was fantastic. He completed the job in one day.
My Mom feels much safer now!

It was a very easy process from the time I called to set up an initial meeting until our project was complete. Everyone was friendly and helpful with knowledge about the process.

Had my old shower walls replaced with bath fitter. They were super easy to work with. Very responsive. Their communication was top notch. Always knew what was going on and when. Product was ready much faster than they originally said. Installed in a day and it looks awesome.

I found Bath Fitter through a friend's referral. From start to finish, it was a fairly easy process. Every person I dealt with whether over the phone or in person clearly had great customer service at the heart of everything they did. It did take a full 3 months from contract to installation, which was within the window I was quoted initially.

My installer Payton was prompt and professional, but friendly. He took time to explain the process to me, and did check ins along the two days. He kept the water on except when absolutely necessary for the work he was doing and cleaned up at the end of each day. As someone who doesn't like having strangers in my home, he made it a lot less inconvenient and uncomfortable than I expected.

Oh, and I love my new shower! It's exactly what I wanted.

I had my shower replaced. Tim did a fantastic job from start to finish. He has a very high standard of workmanship. Explained, showed and asked me everything as the project progressed. Our shower remodel experience was excellent. Cedrick and his partner were knowledgeable and courteous; they did the work as if it was for their own home, ensuring that every detail was taken care of.
We like the high quality of the accessories and the bright look of the shower. It was expensive to make this improvement, but the value added to our home more than compensated the cost. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We are very happy!

Product is top-notch. Installer was a total pro.

They installed a walk in shower replacing our jetted tub that had cracked. It is really nice and we don't need to worry about the kids not closing the shower curtain and leaving water on the floor. We had glass shower doors installed as well.

The installation of the shower and bathtub was amazing. It's makes the whole bathroom look completely different. Tim the installer did an excellent job. He went over and beyond on the install. I recommend Bath Fitter to everyone!

11/11/20 Top quality products and service from Bath Fitter. Price is high, but remember you get what you pay for and in this case we received high quality products and service from installers. Removed old tub and shower and installed new walk-in shower with hand held shower sprayer. It's a little high for me, but I'm short 😁. Installers were very friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning up and all was done in 8 hrs. Highly recommended for your needs.

The entire process was well managed from the sales rep through the final installation. I would use them again if needed and believe they are a reliable contractor. The installation was completed on time and the quality of the work was excellent.

All people were informative, nice, professional. But I must say I absolutely loved our installer! Sean. He did an awesome job! I could tell he really cared about doing a great job. Wonderful personality. He is a great asset to your company. We love our shower!

We did a bathtub to shower conversion. I am so pleased with their work. The attention to detail, keeping me informed every step of the way & keeping on schedule were all impeccable.

Had a real good experience with. Bath Fitters from the salesman to the guys that installed my new shower. Very professional and courteous. The two guys who tore out the old tub and installed the new shower kept the mess to a min. Put down drop clothes and swept after done. Explained what was to be done and asking if they were putting shelf’s and grab bars in right place and did a final check with me to make sure it was all right. Explained when I could use the shower the first time and how to cleaning it so it would look new for years.
