I really enjoyed the service that I received from Brian Appleby and Chris. So far, I'm very impressed with Tom's Auto Group! The 2020 Ford Edge they sold me is still working perfectly, and Stiver's Ford gave it the official seal of approval! It's good to go for at least another 50,000 miles.

Great and personable people. I came in with a car in mind and the sales guy helped a lot. He wasn’t pushy on the sale and he made sure I knew everything about the car. The financing guy gave me pointers on how to finance the car and made sure to tell me to pay it off as fast as possible. Everyone there were strait shooters and told you like it was. They helped a lot. When I picked up the car, the sales guy told me to contact him if I needed anything. Great guy and very knowledgeable! Will definitely go to them again!

Dewey Allison, a man who sticks to his word and is as helpful as can be. I would gladly buy a car from him again. He made the process less stressful and exciting. Please don’t hesitate when Dewey’s around.

I purchased from Tom's for a second time. This time I bought a 2016 Chevy Trax. Everything went great. I dealt with Griffin and he treated me right. He did not pressure me at all, which is important to me. He even stayed late two evenings to accommodate me, and the last evening, was when his Christmas break was starting. I would highly recommend Tom's Auto Sales and ask for Griffin, he'll be straightforward with you and take care of you!

Tom’s auto is the ONLY place to buy a car and Chris is the guy to buy from! Extremely friendly and helpful yet not at all pushy. Had the best experience buying my car, and when I requested the tint be fixed and a few interior pieces that were missing he ordered, Chris took care of it right away! From now on this will be my go to place for a car and Chris will be my go to guy.

Seriously great customer service. Everyone who works here is friendly as can be. Brian genuinely cared about our situation (my car broke down while we were passing through Iowa and I needed a replacement ASAP) and he was very patient while I sorted out my finances. Never felt rushed or forced to buy, Brian had tons of knowledge to share and I ended up with a gorgeous car. Absolutely must go to Tom’s!

Todd was the best easiest used car salesman to deal with. Very laid back and non intrusive while shopping and I found just the right car.... the building was clean as was the bathroom but the toilet flusher is a pull up handle I've never seen before :)
