I've been working with the folks at the Ankeny location for several years. Even though people cycle in and out of there, I've always had great support. Highly recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff. Zero issues with insurance! Smaller selection then where I was going previously but much easier to work with.

Ashley was very very healthful with getting my wife’s new cpap machine setup and also was very willing to help us with buying the new machine and overall was just very helpful and friendly.

Supplies for my CPAP machine are always in stock. Unfortunately, these supplies don't come cheap, and much of a customer's out-of pocket costs depend on their insurance coverage.

The staff are usually helpful and friendly, though occasionally someone might be a little grumpy. I take that in stride and try to give them a reason to smile before I leave.

They were inconsistent with billing dates. Prices were extremely high compared to EVERY online source. Selection outside of the most common machines is very limited.

Update: They called asking about replacement supplies. I told them I would gladly buy them if they weren't over 3x's as much as online. The gentlemen then responded with, "Sounds great, we call a lot of people in a day so not calling you will make our day easier."

I’ve had my machine for a year and a half. It failed a few months ago and they gave me a new one. The problem is the new one has different settings and they were unwilling to adjust them to match my old machine. I took my Machine in to get it worked on Friday, they called back and said it was working like it should....I said check it again, then they said I needed to call my doctor. They said they couldn’t make any changes without a prescription from a doctor. No call back no nothing and they aren’t open on the weekends, it’s extremely miserable trying to sleep with out this device. I am extremely mad and frustrated with the lack of follow up, concern and service I am receiving!

Went in at 4:15 to get a machine with my husband because he wakes up 117 times an hour due to not breathing and these two yahoos basically come back Monday before my lunch break. We leave at 4:59 and it takes an hour to get the machine ready. It's called a job, sometimes you have to stay 15 minutes late . Work ethic sucks

I went in friday 7/28/17 at 415ish because i have not been able to breath when sleeping. I explained that i was here to pick up a machine. They explained that it usually takes an hour to get everything ready. They explained that i should come back monday. So no such thing as good work ethic. Working in the medical field you'd expect one to do their job and help someone even if it might make them 15 minutes late home from work. On top of that when i said i could be there at noon monday the lady said maybe i should come sooner because she takes her lunch at noon. Wow sorry to be such an inconvenience ma'am.
