Target

This store is always clean. Things are where they say they are on the app. We are recently a soy free family due to a genetic medical condition. I find so many food options at this store that I feel good about feeding my family. My last trip here I found a pretty sweet slime cup while waiting for my caffeine kick at Starbucks. It reminded me of Goosebumps. My 5 year old and I are now sharing it! Love shopping here!

Customer service excellent, great Starbucks in store & also eye glass optical in store. Great selection of health choices in many food lines.

It's a great place to shop for just about anything you might need . But I don't go that often but I don't have any complaints

The Ankeny Target- young man at customer service was very friendly and efficient- super quick and easy return. Then I shopped around and ended up visiting the fitting rooms twice- the attendant was great- greeting everyone and somehow staying upbeat despite being swamped with put-backs.

This is the place to get your napkins, Kleenex, paper towels and toilet paper! Best prices! I also discovered compostable plastic bags!

I'd love to give a shout out and kudos to the wonderful team handling the outside pick up orders. This evening i had placed an order for a few things that i needed and timed it so i could pick everything up on my lunch break. Unfortunately there was a slight mix up in orders and i recieved someone else's. The number of bags seemed off for the amount of items ordered. i doubled checked and sure enough it wasnt my order. I made a call to the pick up desk and spoke with a woman who was extremely apologetic and kind and quickly came out to resolve the matter. There had been a slight mix up on the carts and the wrong bags had been brought out. No worries accidents happen. The staff was quick in fixing the mix up and brought out the right order immediately. They were even kind enough to give me a gift card to apologize for the matter. I have been using Target pick up for almost two years now since the pandemic started. And in all this time this is the first mix up ever. I would highly recommend this service and this store location. They do an amazing job to take care and carefully handle each order. Accidents happen, but when they do the Target staff are definitely on top of it, and quickly work to fix the issue. Couldn't have asked for better. Thank you ladies for everything you did tonight. It was greatly appreciated especially in this cold!!!

Very busy and organized this day for the big football game. Very clean and so much to see and look over. Usually they have everything I'm looking for so it saves an extra trip.

This is the cleanest Target & has the most helpful friendly staff of all Targets. I have frequented them all in Des Moines, as well as surrounding areas & Ankeny store......Your #1 in my opinion!

Employees in the store were so helpful! Lots asked if I was finding everything, and when I approached someone to help me find curtains, he walked over to the correct area with me. I have never had such great service in a Target before, and maybe in any store!

Decent Target. Especially nice now that they finished repositioning departments. Used self check out most of the time and the target app makes it easy to use your Target Card & earn rewards for each purchase.
