Dunkin'

These people are always really nice even when it’s busy. These other reviews are short sighted because they are training new staff but I’ve only had great service here, they’re always willing to make it right, I’ll forever be a customer.
Molly was incredibly nice and helpful when the app malfunctioned. 10/10 I’m grateful that this isn’t a Starbucks.
Customers that give 1 star reviews are petty and have no business giving a hollow opinion.

I can honestly say this morning is the best tasting coffee I ever had!!! Thank you my fav Dunkin’ Donuts!! Especially the morning I had. Your team is the best!!

I love this location. Been going to this one for about a year now. Love the employees. Sometimes they run out of items and always resolved the issue. And wait times can sometimes be a little longer but they have yet to disappoint me.

I love the girls over there. I get one coffee a day and they know exactly what I need I just pull up and they get it ready!

Right in right out Best icecoffee ever largest selections of Donuts even this late at night. My daughter and I love this place We'll be back.😛

At least 3 times I ordered glazed donuts with chocolate frosting for my grandson. They gave me chocolate donuts with chocolate frosting & he will not eat these. So now everytime I order I have to check it to make sure it's correct. They don't seem to want to listen when you are ordering.

I stop at this coffee shop as mamy times as possible in a week. The price for a large iced coffee is $2.65 and it tastes amazing. The food I have ordered there has always been amazing and the hot food you could tell was cooked fresh. The staff at the university location I feel are always so nice as well.

Drive through can get a little backed up around 8am on weekdays but it has always been worth the wait for me.

I treated my kids around 3:45pm. The lobby at the east side dunkin doughnuts is closed, but the service was still friendly. If you get doughnuts from this location please plan on drive through only.

Worker named Vontis, gives excellent customer service. Haven’t had good experiences with Dunkin but changing stores and having a worker like him makes up for it. He’s a sweetheart and makes sure every order is to perfection. Thank him!!!!!

I stop here almost every morning on my way to work. I use the Dunkin 2 go app and my drink is almost always ready and waiting for me when I get there! I choose the walk-in option so I don’t have to wait in line in the drive thru. I’m in and out within 30 seconds most mornings, and if it’s not ready, when they happen to have mornings they fall behind, I’m still out the door with my drink in less than 5 min. They have great customer service and a fabulous morning team! Love them! They always get morning started out right. 😊

I just went through the drive-thru and I'm not used to going to Dunkin donuts. The kid that helped me was so awesome! He helped me pick out a frozen drink and I told him to surprise me with the donut and he surprised me with three of them and their Easter ones! He rocks!! You guys need to give this kid a raise!

After having a bad experience at another (nearby) location, we came here. They were friendly, appropriately staffed and efficient. We got breakfast sandwiches, doughnuts and coffee and were in and out in less than 5 minutes. We will be exclusively visiting this location from now on. 👍👍👍

Went through drive thru and they gave me an extra donut since they forgot last time since they where in a rush and I didnt say anything great service :)

Best customer service of the local franchises. Too bad people leave a bad review because they ordered a 6pc hash brown and thought they should get more than 6 pieces.

Really enjoyed my visit here. The staff were very friendly, attentive, quick, and helpful. Would definitely recommend you get coffee here. Places like this is why I love studying school at Dunkin Donuts.

This is my favorite location. They still have all the good deals like half off prices from 2-6, .99 small ice coffees on mondays, etc. Other locations don't do that anymore. They also have some awesome people.

Downright the best Dunkin Donuts ive been to in Iowa. I come to this location very often and the staff is always friendly, the service is always fast and accurate, and they have the best coffee and donuts. Its always a pleasure visiting this Dunkin. Will highly recommend to anyone looking for a fresh cup of coffee and great tasting food.

They where awesome. This is my daughter birthday week and they gave her her first donut and wrote on the box for her happy birthday. I recommend them for there food also.
