Bertha's Bar & Grill

Amazing spot if you’re coming into or leaving Omaha (I think it’s a Council Bluffs, IA bar technically). Food until 1am which was huge for me! Great pizza and burgers. Small area inside and only virtual slots for games, but a lot of big tv’s and a TouchTunes too. Bartender was super nice, a young lady, never caught her name (I never asked! My fault) but her and the overall vibe was immaculate.

Nice staff, good food. Not fancy, but good. Ample portions.

Love Bertha's! Great food and local bar atmosphere. I've been many times. Excellent pork tenderloin sandwich, burgers, pizza and wings. We almost always get the Bertha's Signature House pizza. The Enchilada Supreme pizza is pretty good as well. They also have good wings. I really like the dry rub wings in either Southwest Ranch or Chipotle BBQ and my husband likes the traditional buffalo sauce. The food here is consistently great. It's a favorite local bar and grill we enjoy going to.

We order food from here atleast once a week and I love going in to pick it up and seeing the family atmosphere and so chill and the employees are so kind. Thank you

Stopped by last week with family for a quick bite & beverage. Pizza was great!! And service was as well!!! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a small town-like bar & grill.

The pizza wasgood and hot and the beer was cold. The bartender was upbeat and never let our glass get empty. A great close to home bar and grill.

We got Bertha's because they were open late and it was really the only option, but you usually can't go wrong with bar food! We are so glad Bertha's came up as a search result near us. The smokehouse burger was so good, Fries were good too! Thank you!!

Excellent pizzas lb for lb heaviest in town lots of fresh ingredients, well made and on good pizza dough.

My sole requirement for this fine establishment was their rating in the breaded pork tenderloin category. Passed with flying colors!! Yes! The bun is perfect match, please don't fix what ain't broken folks, the breading hits the mark. Nice amount for crunchiness and texture but not excessive where you think you just got a breading sandwich. Good quality meat. Good flavor and not full of gristle! The fries could been fried maybe 2-3 minutes longer but were firm and not under cooked soggy which seems to be getting more prevalent. Highly recommend and I will definitely repeat. I placed takeout order weekday night around 8pm. Friendly staff and I was right in right out.

Stopped in at 12:59am on a work break and the cook offered to go ahead and make me something. Added 20 minutes to his day and I tried to tip him but he wouldn't accept. Nice guy, nice bartender, great food. Highly recommended, will go back whenever I'm in the area.

Always feel right at home and the food is wonderful. Wait staff is professional and friendly. You need to try it out.

Absolutely the best pizza in town. Soft crust, delicious meats, veggie options too and unique specials. It's a monthly visit for us!! Never disappoints.

Came for a friends fundraiser. Was served quickly and efficiently. Though the place was overflowing with people the staff seemed superhuman in their ability to keep with the flow. A wonderful place to stop for a drink and some sucey wings.

The burgers are AMAZING! Several creative gourmet burgers on the menu. I took 2 home and was so impressed. Visited with the owner while I waited. Chef is awsome and staff was so friendly! I will be back very soon!

We go to Bertha's for the wings, straight up! Our flavor is the Chipotle BBQ, amazingly good, we usually get 20, between the 2 of us, but could eat 30,they're that good, definitely recommend!

Call it a dive bar...call it a hole on the wall... cal it what you want! But, this is the best hole in the wall we go to. We go once or twice a month to eat and visit with friends. Now, if you are a neat freak and can't handle things a bit run down then don't go here. But.... if you are like me and down with a local dive bar, stop in and you will see. Surprisingly great bar food! Great atmosphere! Staff has always been fun and engaging! Did I mention you will be pleasantly surprised at your bill too? I have caught myself on more than one occasion asking the wait/ bar staff for itemized receipt because I thought they made a mistake in my favor. Not the case. Just reasonable pricing. Now.... stop driving by this place asking where you should grab a bite. Just go there and see for yourself!
