Firehouse Subs Metro Crossing

I love firehouse subs. They were quick even with a full lunch crowd. I ordered my sub to go and they packed it with add ons. One of the biggest and best subs I've ever had.

As always the food was great, as was service even for two days before Christmas, staff was friendly and attentive.food was hot. Restaurant was clean.

I normally don't eat out! Firehouse is always CLEAN, GREAT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE number 1 in my book

Not just the ordinary sandwich shop... I haven't tried a sub I didn't like. My favorite is the Meatball Sub. Mac and cheese is a white cheddar that is " ooey gooey" goodness. The service is fast and there is always friendly faces. I also like the drink selection, they have Coke Freestyle.... The restrooms are always clean and so is the dining area. This is one of my favorite places to visit when we decide to go out for a meal.They had me at first sub.

Never disappointed at Firehouse! Every sandwich I've tried is delicious and the folks there are nice. This Nashville Hot Brisket 🔥🔥🔥 oh my gosh, try it!

First timer and definitely not a last timer! The BBQ Brisket was amazing! The service was top notch...everyone seemed to be in great moods! I got to watch my KC Chiefs game and the place was clean.... been a long time since I've had an all around great experience while esting out! 👍

Really want to express my appreciation for Firehouse subs in Council Bluffs. Met the shift leader by the name of Kane. He really made us feel welcome. My salad was delicious and I’m shocked at how inexpensive they still are even in these trying financial times. Thanks y’all!

My FAVORITE sandwich shop. I use to be a die hard subway fan until I was introduced to this place! My kids favorite too. Best most fresh sandwiches you can get! I do a lot of pick ups an I've only had my order wrong like twice. Not too bad of mess ups either. Things I can work through.

Davis and the firehouse team crushed my early dinner before work. Quick service and amazing tasting flavorful food. Got in and out quick, with plenty of time to make it to work!

Thr customer service and quality you get here is beyond amazing. I got to give a big shout out to these guys. Yesterday i placed an order, loaded my son in the car and while backing out of my driveway discovered i had a flat tire. I called and asked if i could get a refund and they didnt give me any trouble at all like most places do these days. Good job guys! my tire is replaced now and i will be back soon😁

We were traveling from Omaha to Kansas City when we found this on our way and I am so glad that we did...We tried the chicken breast sub and the veggie sub and both were just made to perfection. They were grilled just to the right level and the seasoning was just about right.

It was quick service and nothing that could be complained about. In fact some of us found it to be the best food we've had during the trip. Thumbs up for Firehouse Sub!!

Great food. Have always enjoyed eating at this chain no matter which location I visit. Great food. Decently priced. And I enjoy being able to help out the Public Safety Organizations. Without them more lives would be lost and more families torn apart.

Best place in town for subs. Always a great atmosphere and excellent staff. Recommend the spicy meatball sub with extra sauce. Plus if you didn't know there free veggies you can add. Always a fast and great service.

Always a good place for a fresh, tasty sandwich at a decent price. I've never been disappointed with the food.

Ever since the first time I went there, it’s been my favorite sandwich shop. Their subs are filled with meat and I love the environment. All of the staff are so friendly and kind and they always greet the customers as they walk in. 13 out of 10, would recommend!!

This place has great sandwiches. Better than subway. Not only are they tasty. You can help by donating to the fire department. I like to round up the dollar amount to donate.
