My wife and I attended a cooking class with Chef Jake Kim. He is the absolute best that we could have ever hoped for. If you're thinking of having and event with food consider having him handle your event. If I could give him ten stars I would. It doesn't get any better than Chef Jake

DAMCC was a life changer for myself. I encourage anyone to take the time to return to your education at DMACC Ankeny campus! I just didn't grow in my field of study, I grew a set of understandings that could only be taught by the people I was around! I absolutely, love DMACC! The staff, the environment, the college degree blds are all decked out as if you were going to your job, the people in every sense: untouchable! I have all love for DMACC!

Staff here has been amazing and helpful for my first semester here. It's a gorgeous campus, everything is so clean, and my classes are great. I couldn't have made a better choice in choosing Ankeny DMACC campus to achieve my life goals.

Visiting the college campus for the first time was an exciting experience! The campus exuded a vibrant atmosphere with bustling students and beautiful architecture. Navigating around was easy, thanks to clear signages and helpful staff. The facilities, like the library and student center, seemed impressive, providing a conducive environment for learning and socializing. I can already sense the potential for growth and exploration in this welcoming academic community. Grove christa L is being soo helpful to me.

Good professors so far last year and a half. Nice small classes. Friendly disability services. Definitely go here before going to a four year to save money. Consider also going straight to work from here and seeing if your job will pay for continuing education.

Dealing with DMACC’s fin aid office is quite stress free compared to another school I attended in the past and it was a relief. Also anyone I’ve spoke to here is friendly and I’ve gotten consistent info across the board.

Beautiful campus clean buildings they have an indoor gym with a pool. Fantastic customer service and huge conference rooms that can be rented out. They also have a coffee shop, a Subway, an Asian Cuisine, and a Mediterranean Cuisine place to eat as well.

Thank goodness, I went to this campus over Iowa State University because I wasn't too sure which was better for doing my automotive classes, this or at Ames. But now, here I am doing my auto classes and experience in ease, it's convenient in terms of price and the majors I have, now that I did the smart thing, and kept the money in my pockets, I will lean forward towards the next 2 years, and ensure I get the education I need. Thanks again, DMACC. For changing my mind about big university and then leaving, and going to you first, then onto the big things.

Being a DMACC Commercial Horticulture grad in the mid80's changed my life. Work-study w/Jim Mason in the early years of Country Landscapes also put me in a position to be a Iowa Certified Nurseryman @I.S.U. for 25+ years. If I was a parent w/new student in any of the horticulture programs I would be thankful knowing he/she had the best there is as department head. He will change your life as well.

It had been over ten years since I graduated high school by the time I started my degree at dmacc, and the advisors are ok but the professors are amazing. Most are very friendly and want to see their students succeed. I love the professors that teach "quality over quantity". One professor said he'd rather you learn a few things you remember the rest of your life rather than read a book you'll forget in two months. I'll be going back at somepoint just to learn about a few things like their literature classes on mythology, comics and science fiction or their amazing hystory classes. Please take advantage of the "academic achievement center" where professors help you almost like a tutor.

I attended DMACC from 2010-2012 and earned my Associate in Arts degree from the Ankeny Campus. I loved the classroom sizes and the fact that I felt like an individual instead of a number. DMACC was a great starting point for me and helped me in my transfer process to Iowa State University through their transfer program. There were lots of opportunities for me to get involved and to gain valuable work experience through my work study position in the Marketing and Public Relations department. All around, I'd give it a two thumbs up!

Went to the culinary arts for lunch. Very very polite workers The food and desserts were awesome I definitely recommend anybody to go Just have to make a reservations in order to go though

Went to the trailpoint gym and Google sent me an opportunity to review it. So why not. This is a great gym. They have basketball and racquetball and a sweet fitness center. They have exercise and yoga classes. They have two swimming pools. One largely used for kids to place in and an Olympic size pool for laps. The kids can also jump off the diving board when open swimming isn't running. I would highly recommend trailpoint at the ankeny dmacc campus if you need a place to work out. Also they have a nice indoor running track. Also they have ping pong and foosball. They have it all.

Good campus, great school. Lots of help and support from teachers and staff. Great value. Partners with many larger schools including Iowa State University, University of Iowa, Grandview University, and others.

I got my web design degree here. It was a challenging, stressful, and great two years. If you want to get a job quickly the vocational/technical programs definitely prepare you.

New editions to ankeny campus are absolutely awesome like the gym and the student center. Staff and information specialists are helpful for easy registration and financial aid help.

I am a current Intro to Electro Mechanical Technology (IEMT) student and love the hands on environment along with the student to teacher relationship that I have built with my instructors. DMACC, Ankeny has a small school feel with great educational opportunities that can lead either to a 4 year program at a university or into the work field.

Spacious easy to get around friendly people has so many little necessities... eateries and great place to safely hang with friends! It's a wonderful place to learn!
