Mark Jaschen - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mark is a great guy. Explains everything completely and makes sure he answers all of your questions. Debbie at the front desk is the nicest lady. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field. Way more than a receptionist. Sort of the female version of Radar O'Reilly. Google it if you're too young to know what I'm talking about.

Debbie is so helpful and knowledgeable. She handles all of my questions and makes recommendations whenever I need. I have gone through this office for my insurance for 6+ years and honestly stay because of her.

Pleasant place to visit, nice people. Never a bad experience.

Been with Mark for several years, very pleased, great service from him and Debbie!

Called him (spoke with HIM directly) during the 2020 derecho for help, he said "I don't know what you want me to do about it." Words i will never forget for the rest of my life. He never has called, never has asked how we are doing even though we had our roof ripped off and were then flooded by the torrential rains. My husband called to add a vehicle, he was told he had to provide his email so they could send cards; they changed all our contact information to his email even though we didn't give them authorization for that. It took months to get the email corrected even though I asked and begged; i had to threaten to file a complaint with the Iowa Division of Insurance before it was actually corrected.

I didn't go there you must of been illigally tracking the wrong person
