Love that they're open 24 hours the only 24-hour Arby's I know dude in the drive-thrus always pleasant and I never had a problem with my orders thanks again guys much appreciated there ain't nothing like roast beef at 3 a.m. when crwving it lol

This was a quick stop in our travels, the food was fantastic! Glad to get a bite to eat that was good quality and made it easy to get back on the road!

Okay, maybe it’s just me but the chicken bacon Swiss I got from this location was the best one I’ve ever had in my Arby’s-eating career. The chicken patty was thin but big and fried perfectly, and the bacon WAS PERFECT. Given the fact that i ordered this at 2:30 in the morning, I am very happy with the quality

I went there at 1:30 a.m. and got my food via drive thru even though the inside was opened. Food was good and now I can take a nap lol!!!

Listen there's only one thing you need to know about this place. 24 hours. There you have it. Are the employees nice and helpful? No. It's a 24 hour fast food joint attached to a truck stop. What do you expect? Is the food fresh? Always. Is it tasty? Sometimes. Is it edible? Usually. Will it be made quickly and given out without delay? Usually.

Arrived late at night after 12am. Food was great and place looked clean. The staff was nice. I would visit this location again.

In my opinion, people who show up to work here seem to be working under a lot of pressure. I went later at night as I usually do and there always seems to be a line whether it's drive-through or Lobby. Try to remember to be patient. They showed up for work, they are preparing your food and dealing with the public who are not always so nice. I have been behind the counter and I know what it's like to we're short-staffed, with a line and try to stay positive. It's not always easy for everyone. There was a time when I was missing a sandwich for my order I didn't check the bag until I got home, I called and let them know they said they would honor it in the next day. I went back the next day and there was no problem making my order right. Just be nice. The food is good that's why we go there. If something is wrong let them know I'm sure they would be glad to fix it.

Young man that took my order in the drive through was wonderful. Very polite, asked how I was doing. Need more young people like him.

Do I wish the line was shorter? Yes but it was dinner time and they were super busy. Had great service. I got a coke lemonade mix drink it was delicious and the lady at the window was very friendly.

Have to give a shout out to the manager during the 9/25 dinner rush for doing her damnedest to keep her staff motivated when it was very clear they were understaffed, but she was trying her best to make sure her entire crew were doing their job to the best of their abilities. Never seen a manager that vocally involved with her crew. Food was coming out fast.

Always short staffed but the night ladies are always super friendly and helpful. These workers need a raise for doing the jobs of many and only getting paid for 1 person. Not getting an attitude or getting mad about it, just working their butts off n git er done all with a great attitude and smiles on their faces! Thanks ladies!

My favorite place to eat, in all my visits ive never had a single bad experience with service or food

I go here with my son in the middle of the night because this is the only time we have together and they are always nice and the food is fresh.

Working in the industry myself I Felt sooo bad for ordering such a large order and had already planned on explaining and apologizing but figured I'd see how things go.. Honestly I was shocked as to how professional the staff were especially with it being so late!! Everyone was very friendly and, although they were almost closed I received the same excellent customer service as if it were dinner time. Plus the food was delicious and FRESH as usual 😍.

Been here 3 times. Never a problem.
Here at 03:20 and the limited employees, currently at 3 I believe, are working their butts off to handle a crowded drive through AND a crowded lobby. This, all while maintaining a positive attitude and smiling the whole time!

Great Arbys food ALWAYS fresh, freshly prepared, the hot food is hot, cold is cold! That’s important to me that it’s not sitting around improper temperatures can bring on a bad visit. Crew always make sure order correctly prepared even some of the strange concoctions I throw at them!! LOL. Kitchen clean as are employees. HUGE COMPLIMENTS to the crew they do an awesome job in this picky ol ladies opinion!

Arby's buffalo chicken sammich reminds me of when I had to drive my love 5 hours in the cold winter to drop him off where he's leave me for months driving tours. We stopped in the middle of Indiana at a one nine with an Arby's. I had never had it and didn't want to. We both got buffalo chicken sammich es bad sat on the curb in the dead of night eating them in silence. I was surprised at how good it tasted through my salty tears, I was surprised anything could taste good through the bittersweet monsoon season that always brought with it change.

Very nice and genuine drive thru employees(two younger ladies). For waiting in line a few mins longer than usual. I did get a free drink from them!
Food was amazing as usual!would highly recommend this place.

By far my favorite fast food eatery. The menu selection is a fresh diversion from the standard burger and pizza fare. They're open later than their neighbors BK and Wendy's which makes it convenient during the pandemic. The staff is fast and always friendly
