I recently had the pleasure of working with Travis at State Farm.

One of the first things that stood out to me about Travis was his kindness. He took the time to listen to my concerns and patiently addressed each one with care and understanding.

Not only was Travis nice, but he was also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of the policies available to me, making sure I understood the coverage options and how they would benefit me. I have had all lines of home and auto insurance through State Farm for 30+ years. I’ve been with Kari Taylor’s agency since it opened, believe. Actually, I can’t remember how long though because of the excellent management my account receives. Kari’s office is always just quietly keeping me and my family safely covered and I don’t have to worry about a thing. If/when I do have need to occasionally reach out to them, their service is always swift , complete, professional AND friendly! GREAT agent with a GREAT staff!

Travis was super cool and kind. We were both laughing at eachother and messing around, I loved it! He did keep it professional, but also with a sense of casual. Best agent ever! I know people think that the big box store insurance companies are the way to go to save a few dollars, but personally, I can’t put a price on having a legitimate relationship with a real person. Being able to call the office and deal with a human being is already a win, but Kari and Alison are just absolutely amazing to work with, they always answer all of my questions, handle all of my policy changes immediately, keep me from having to constantly call an 800 number for claim updates and questions, and remember my personal problems 😂. Everyone there is amazing, but those gals make you feel like family. 10/10 recommend.

I've been using State Farm for several of my insurance needs for over 10 years, and it has been nothing but positive interactions with Kari's office. The staff has great customer service and is very responsive to messages -- both over the phone and through email or the State Farm portal. I've also found them to be knowledgeable but not pushy when making recommendations.
