Hy-Vee Pharmacy

They've worked with my doctors and fought with my insurance company to ALWAYS get me the medicine I need. My favorite hy vee pharmacy!

I have used many pharmacies in CB and the HyVee pharmacy on west Broadway is above and beyond the best in town. Prompt filling of Rx with an extremely professional and courteous staff.

These attributes are every single time I call, go in or use the drive through. They are awesome!

Registered online to schedule a Covid test here, as it is the closest place you can get to the airport, and on days they test, appointments start at 7AM. It doesn't appear that you can test every day of the week, though. Nonetheless, I was on the way to catch my flight by 7:05AM. Quick and easy!

They generally do a great job. A new employee, a young man (I forgot his name) is prompt and speedy in getting folks checked out. Especially when they're just being slammed with pick-ups.

Great service! I’m always in and out but I do feel sometimes they should be a little more organized with their communication with each other, especially in front of customers.

I didn't catch her name, but the lady that answered the phone on Friday 12/15 at 6.46pm was very rude and condescending and interruptive.
I used to work at Hy-Vee and knowing Hy-Vee's core values and standards I would expect better and more from their employees.
She definitely needs better training on customer service.
However when I asked to speak to a pharmacist, Jessica helped me and was very friendly and kind and helpful and I appreciate that.

They were supposed to mail my mother in laws diabetic supplies still haven't received them as of yet 5-25-22 called them they said they would get her stuff in the mail.. Mind you I live 40 miles away and only pharmacy insurance will cover for diabetic meds and supplies
