Best Western Crossroads Of The Bluffs

Room was very clean and spacious! Very quiet stay too, with no noise throughout the halls like we experienced in other hotels. Staff was friendly, and both the check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options and a spacious area to enjoy it. We will definitely stay here again if/when we come back to this area!

Pool was very clean and clear; a good size too. Breakfast spread was good but typical hotel food. Coffee good - Folgers ( I saw her makinga pot). Best of all, the staff was very nice.

I was very happy with the accommodations, especially for the moderate price ($85). The bed was very clean and very comfortable. I love that the floors are not carpeted, as carpets in hotels always seem stained and dirty. It wasn't perfect - the toilet seat didn't sit properly, there was a sticky spot on the floor, and a sulfur smell to the water, but the important things were clean. The food was typical industrial (packaged, frozen) but better than some hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

Nostalgic design brought back good childhood memories.
Carpet has been removed from the rooms, creating an extra level of cleanliness.

Best part of this visit were the "common areas" and breakfast.
Worst parts of the stay were the room and Wi-Fi

Convenient location. Easy parking. Fast and friendly check-in. Excellent staff. Price was great. Pretty roses and lots of other flowers in the garden.

Immediately disliked the room. There is one large window. I opened it. Instead of looking outside it looks to an interior pool courtyard area. With no sheer curtains.
In other words, as soon as you open the curtain to get a little bit space and light in your room you feel like an animal in a zoo on display because anyone walking past your room can peer right into your window.
So whether you're laying on your bed or getting changed for the shower or unloading some of your possessions to rearrange, there is zero privacy if you open your window. If you close the window it feels like you're in a basement apartment, it feels like a cave. I hated it.

Wifi was slow (9mbps download, 0.25 mbps upload) and kept disconnecting over snd over. Giant TV looked nice but didnt have any channel options we were interested in

Beds were comfortable, nice blankets, good pillows. Good sleep.

Breakfast was excellent. Very well-maintained, clean, topped up,
Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes. Hot and cold cereals, yogurt, fruit, bread products...
Staff was wonderful, seating area large and tidy

I went for a walk in the morning before check out. And was surprised at the common areas. Pleasantly surprised and then disappointed that I didn't know any of this was here last night.
The large window in our bedroom (which faced the common pool area which I kept close the entire time for privacy reasons,) if I had known how to get to the pool, I would have seen that there are some lovely seating areas out there. A really nice big pool, big fitness area. It was excellent.

I didn't know because the sign in the hallway pointed right to the "pool", but then the sign on the doorway said "stairs."
And I said well stairs can't be where the pool is. So I didn't go that way. As a result I never did find where the common areas exercise room and pool was

Prompt service, clean rooms. The facility is a bit aged but we could tell the staff was diligent with maintenance. The pool is the hugest regular hotel pool we have EVER encountered--it's nearly as long as a 25-yard lap pool! It was WARM and clean too! I wore my shorty wetsuit and had to change because the water was so comfortable. Ample pool towels and the interior courtyard was vast! If you need white noise, you can run the fan on hi or low, but if you need heat, it cycles on/off. Common for hotels, but I prefer a constant fan. Our toilet kept filling loudly occasionally, but we didn't report it--we just closed the bathroom door. The mattresses were a bit saggy but still fine.

Nice people and the place seems to be kept up really really well. Lots of places to eat around also. Would definitely stay again.

Don't be put off by the location. This is a wonderful place to stay. Nicely landscaped. Beautiful lobby and friendly staffed. Very clean and modern. You can tell the owners take pride in their business. Room was clean and comfortable. Also well sound proofed. Our room was off the pool and we heard very little noise. Nothing from the adjoining rooms. Beautiful pool area with an outdoor patio. Wonderful breakfast area and the food was good. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stop for the night. Had alot of rooms and the one we stayed in was super clean, had AC, and beds were super comfy and clean. Had plenty of towels for the bathroom. Staff was super friendly. Conveniently close to I80 where we were traveling. Enjoyed the free breakfast we had in the morning. Would stay here again.

I was very tired and I'm glad the hotels in Omaha were all sold out. I saved $100. Had the best sleep. My husband woke up saying "The bed was so comfortable!" Over and over again. It was quiet and there was Breakfast in the morning. Very nice and friendly front desk employees.

This was definitely a comfortable stay. Beautiful lobby, convenient business room available to check emails and print out paperwork for work. The room's AC was amazing, comfortable beds, squishy soft pillows, plenty of lighting. But the absolute best part of my stay was the service. You have an absolute gem in Kumar at the front desk. As long as his day was, he never lost his smile, his kind conversation for each and every guest and every phone call. He represents the best of Best Westerns comfort and hospitality.

Clean room, comfy bed and pillows, very accommodating staff with an early check-in (which we were so grateful for, as we were exhausted), surprisingly decent breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, tots, waffle station, cereal, a few convenience bakery items, coffee) and very friendly staff. Would be happy to stay here again.

I absolutely loved this location. It exceeded my expectations. It felt like a much higher dollar hotel. The room was nice and clean; the grounds were nice and clean; the service was exceptional! I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat.

Paula at the front desk was great. We ended extending our stay there, and she made it seamless. The hotel has a good pool and fitness center. A laundry facility. Didn't think we would use our kitchenette, but it was sure nice to have it, and we did end up cooking in the room. We will stay here again.

My family stayed here over the Christmas holiday weekend. We enjoyed our stay! The pool area was clean. To our pleasant surprise the pool water was heated. The rooms were clean we had two rooms. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was simple but well done. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Super comfortable hotel! One of the first hotels I've seen with wood floors instead of carpet, so you know they're clean! The water pressure in the shower was out of this world! Almost too strong if that's even possible! I wish we would have arrived earlier to enjoy the pool, but we slept and left. The front desk clerk was polite and professional , and the breakfast looked good! We were in a hurry and didn't get to enjoy it though. My dog was really comfortable there too!

The best hotel in which i recently stayed. The hotel is huge. Value for money. Breakfast is so good. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the pool, its very huge and pool is warm and clean

Always love staying here, beds are very comfy. Anything you can think of to watch you can find on the TV. Breakfast is beyond expectations. Vending machine & snacks are sold at the front desk 24/7 no taxes and way cheaper than at the gas station. Staff is friendly. Navigating the hallways is a bit strange, the layout is not exactly average but it works.

This place may look rough on the outside. But it is nice and clean on the inside and the rooms are big and the bed is comfortable. Hot breakfast is nice as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was was clean and the water was nice and warm, we loves to just go sit down by the pool and relax. The continental breakfast was awesome and we didn't go away hungry. My friend and I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to head that way.
