Holiday Inn Express & Suites Council Bluffs - Conv Ctr Area, an IHG Hotel

Had a wonderful two-night stay here for spring break with family members! Holiday Inn Express always has an AMAZING breakfast.

Great experience here, staff was great to deal with. Lady at front desk was great as well. I thought it was going to be loud since it next to tyson, but it is really quiet in the rooms. Rooms were great and bed was extremely comfortable. I will stay here again when I am in town again. I would recommend maybe cleaning the carpets though. They do look very stained, but room was very clean, and I do appreciate that.

One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at in a long time! The room was great, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and fresh with great variety. We looked forward to seeing Ashley at breakfast the 2 mornings we were there - she was so friendly and helpful! Hats off to everyone and thanks for a great stay!

The rooms are huge and everything is great! It is located across the street from the Mid-America Center, and they allow dogs!

Love the brand. In the past couple months we have stayed at north platte, Seattle Washington and council bluffs. Enjoy the clean rooms and breakfast. This time Jessica had cleaned our room and it was perfect!

King Suite with Hot Tub perfect for a 3night get away..just cause. Free breakfast plenty of parking. Pool area clean,hallways clean room was perfect and clean.

We booked for omaha zoo trip and it was such a great experience. Staff was all so friendly. Everything is clean. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast was great! Would 100% come back here!

Great hotel in great locations for working or visiting the Omaha area. The staff was great and their pool and hot tub were exceptional! Sometimes it's hard to find a working hot tub even though the hotels page may say they have one. Love this location and would definitely visit again

A bit outta the way if you're not going to the convention center, but it's pretty quiet all the same. Excellent staff, rooms seemed clean enough & the breakfast was fabulous. Nice pool area to keep the kids busy. After working in hospitality, I feel confident saying this is a stay almost anyone will enjoy!

Stay here. If you need a place to crash by I-80, do yourself a favor and pick this. Very clean environment, nice staff, perfect little gym (just what I needed after a 9 hour car journey) bed and linens so comfy and inviting. Breakfast is pretty standard (unfortunately that means unhealthy) but there is variety and everything looks fresh. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed here because we were going to the Omaha Henry Dooly Zoo. Great stay the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay

Friendly front desk. Nice comfy beds. Great fitness center. Fully FUNCTIONING HOT TUB. Nice breakfast food with GOOD COFFEE and friendly breakfast staff. Friendly cleaning staff. Clean rooms. Vented bathrooms! Rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, safes, ironing, pod coffee.

This was a great place to stay. We had our medium size dog with us and they put us in a suite. Clean, friendly, and really comfortable beds. Also, the sower in the bathroom was perfect for my husband who is recovering from hip replacement surgery in May.

Comfy bed, nice pillows, amazing shower and clean. They ask all wear a mask in the main areas (lobby, elevator, etc). They also allow dogs for a fee ($35). We just needed a quick shower and a place to sleep and it was perfect for that. We didn't get to experience much more. The front desk guy from last night was super sweet. Hotel is near a go kart track (indoor), casinos and a movie theater. For a Saturday night we heard people playing in the parking lots but nothing crazy. After some bad hotels in the area in the past all I ask is for pet friendly, kid friendly, clean rooms and clean bathroom and this place met all my needs. Will definitely stay again.

Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Council Bluffs, IA was a very comfy and nice place to stay. I was on a business trip by myself and that was the hotel that was booked for my for my business trip up there. Driving up to the hotel it is in a very good area with Tyson, Bass Pro, Go Karting and other hotels in the general area. I walked in and was helped immediately. I got my room key then talked with the employee about the things to do in the area and places that the local people would say is a highlight. After talking with her, I planned out some places and some restaurants to look into more in depth. The lobby has coffee and tea available in the lobby area any time of the day or night with sugar, cream and other flavoring options. This helped me to get coffee quickly and still work while in the hotel to get stuff done, definitely a bonus. The room was very clean and ready to go. The sheets, room, bathroom, towels and shower were all clean and looked very nice. The pool they have is indoor and I was able to use it on my trip, it is not a big pool, but it is big enough to swim and do some small laps around. There was breakfast in the morning and it was a typical continental breakfast with eggs, cereal, bagels, pancakes, juice, milk, yogurt and so on. It was tasty and I was able to have juice and a tasty breakfast while working in the hotel and not having to go out somewhere else which I liked. Highly recommend lots of great amenities and in a good area!
