My favorite drink place to stop in the old market. I love that they also protect womens privacy and safety in restrooms. They dont play around with vagrants.

In Omaha Coolin ' ! Cubby's meat market was fresh.👍🏿👍🏿 🫶🏿 🌍 I had a lovely time. 😊

I just had some Godfathers pizza for the first time cheese 🧀🍕 and it was amazing nice and perfectly toasted the cheese melted so good i would choose this pizza over any competitor of Godfathers any day. Definitely doesn't taste like gas station pizza. I enjoy that this place has everything you need. Prices are very reasonable this is unlike any other gas station and I loved the Old market feel.

A.Manager was super helpful while discover aggressively called me and claimed someone (me) was at Cubbys. No drifters or any crazy people about either.

This place is AWESOME!!! It's a convenient/grocery store and Cenex Gas Station, plus they have Chester's Chicken and Godfather's Pizza. They are open 24/7 which is really nice. If you're in The Old Market, check this place out.

This is my favorite place to go! I stop in maybe every other day to get some breakfast and even though I do nothing to make myself particularly memorable, they treat me like I'm very memorable to them! Robert has gone above and beyond for me, without me even asking and the cashiers have never been anything but kind. I can't remember everyone's names, but Betty is so wonderful and Meaghan is always awesome, just to name a few. The whole store has a unique community/neighborhood market vibe that I don't see anywhere else.

The basic description on this location of what a Cubby’s is (something like “gas station and convenience store selling fried chicken and deli sandwiches”) is probably right for most of their locations, but this place is completely different! They are a complete grocery store, small but with a wide variety of expected grocery store items, including fresh vegetables and fruit, dairy products, condiments, baking supplies, and a full meat counter with things like steaks, fish, shrimp, marinated chicken. They apparently even make their own brats.

If you live in the downtown area, you know it seems there are no convenient grocery stores, but this one looks like it will be just fine for 90% of my grocery needs.

Also, I had great and friendly service today from Traci and JR.

Love this place. A trip to Omaha ain’t complete without a stop at Cubby’s. I always find something good.

What a great experience at this corner store. Our robotics students needed rubber bands for their robot.
There weren’t any to purchase, but Traci went into the office and grab some for the students. Thanks so much for your help!

This is pretty much my neighborhood grocery store and I shop here 4-6 times a week. The prices are a bit steep but they have good brands. I like to buy the salmon and pork from the prepared meats sections. They have amazing baked goods and donuts. Excellent selection of drinks and snacks. There's always something entertaining happening if you go in late on the weekends.

I am a regular at this location. I have seen nothing but professionalism and amazing customer service from Traci. I assumed she managed the store. She should!!! Take care of her management. She’s a keeper!!

I go to Cubby's a few times a day and it's the best. The person who makes it the best for me is Traci. She is so kind and caring and ALWAYS will go to any length to make my experience the best. Someone give Traci a raise! I love her and am so grateful when she is part of my days.

They have really good snacks! Their beer selection is nothing short of fantastic for a convenience Mart!!! Really good. They have a ton of wine as well! It's very little up at all times and the employees are very attentive.

Very hip small grocery and deli. Have never stopped to get gas here. Usually I'll go here for their liquor aisle and to grab some snacks when carousing the old market. The staff here is also hilarious. One employee told me a few months ago that they couldn't wait to be fired. That's commendable honesty.

Today on March 23, 2022 I was standing in line which was quite a long line at cubby’s in the old market. I was so enthralled I was excited and happy even to see kindness being shared by one of the employees Tracie to a customer. This little girl was standing in line in line to buy some potato chips, but she did not have enough. So Tracy, told her to go find something else that she can purchase. And when the little girl came back, she still didn’t have enough. So, Tracie paid the difference out of her own purse. That was a very beautiful, and kind act that was done. Also, when I called back to the store this gentleman Robert answer the phone and help me fine how to do a review for cubby’s at the old market Robert was very very helpful and walked me through the process even. What a wonderful team at cubby’s at the old market! Beautiful people inside and out!

Great customer service! They greeted me while I was shopping, asked me if I needed help out to my car with all the ice I bought (I didn't), came out and got my cart and wished me a good day when I finished loading. I googled for the closest gas station and this place popped up. It was a bit more expensive than I was hoping for to get snacks and ice for my day but that is standard for a more upscale shop. I will definitely go back while I'm here in Omaha.

I'm kind of biased for a variety of reasons, but overall, I think that the staff does a fairly good job considering all the staff changes that have happened in the last 6-8 months. Obviously, there are areas that could use improvement, but that's any store. As far as the clientele in the store goes, you have to be realistic. The store is in the Old Market/downtown area, so the store sees lots of different people - everyone from homeless people to top businessmen/women.

Folks- this is NOT just a gas station!

I work about a block away and I come here every morning for breakfast and for lunch.

Their biscuits and gravy in the AM is to DIE FOR!

Their brisket, mac n' cheese, and baked beans dinner is the best food for the best price you will find in the OLD MARKET. 'Trust, I've been everywhere else. Cubby's is the best value and spot for good food down town!

Their Junction Burgers are AMAZING too!

staff is friendly here and helpful if you have questions. store is nice and neat with alot to offer. only thing is the parking is small here. they have great food and fresh bakery goods 😉
