My car had been backed into, I took my car to Toms the next day and got a estimate and then booked my appointment for November 10th, my car was in the shop for 5 days. Toms team was professional, kind, courteous, and timely. They answered any questions I had. I also have 3 dogs so when I handed my car over it was pretty covered in hair, not only did I get it back looking like new on the outside, they also detailed the inside and washed it for me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done, you are definitely in good hands!

Very polite and professional. I needed a estimate on my car door and went by other reviews about the company. Hands down this company is amazing. My insurance company wants me to go with their recommendations but I'm finding out how to take it back to Tom's Auto Body for my repair!

We have a super delopitated 98 jeep. Door would close. They said we really needed a new door, but like I said...it's a 98 and on its last leg. So, we told them we probably wouldn't fix it. They said they could do a "good enough job" so we wouldn't have to junk it. They worked some magic and got it to open and close on the cheap. They're right, it does need a new door, they weren't trying to upsell us or hose us. We appreciate them working outside the norm to help us out.

I cant say enough good things about this business! From the friendly/helpful receptionist up front to Matt and the other workers. Matt was.wonderful to deal with and treated me with the utmost respect and was willing to go the extra mile to get my vehicle back to me. My bumper looks fantastic so props to the painter for a great job. Also, I would like to say thank you to whomever cleaned and washed my vehicle. After 3 trips to MN, several grandkids and daughter and 2 shedding dogs it wasn't the cleanest. I will be letting everyone I know about this place. THANK YOU for the great service.

Matt was great getting my sons car in after being hit by a neighbor, work completed and returned extremely fast (slowest part was waiting on parts!).

Spent a lot of time going over mechanical options - as if I was part of the family - not trying to get me for more money than necessary.

GREAT auto body shop. Spent less than an hour there and cannot say enough about how wonderful this shop is. Buttt I'll try anyways haha. Very welcoming walking in and Shane (who helped me with my car) is intelligent, resourceful and very kind. Watched him as he was working and I felt very comfortable having him take care of my car. Was recommended to this place by 2 other shops and I see why - could not recommend this place enough!! If you have to drive a little farther I would say it is worth it if you are trying to find a genuine shop that does good work.

Wonderful customer service! The team was very knowledgeable, informative, and extremely friendly! The work performed on my vehicle was flawless; I cannot recommend them enough!

They did a GREAT job on my truck. It honestly looks like new. I had extensive hail damage, I don't think there was an area the hail missed! They took care of every single dent and ding, including the windshield. You can't tell it ever had damage. WOW, was I ever pleased. They were both very professional and easy to deal with. I have referred multiple friends and family and everyone I have sent to them has also been extremely satisfied. You can't go wrong taking your vehicle to Tom's.

Unbelievably honest, helpful and attentive. After getting a $1500 quote from one place (and told my car would be in the shop for 3 days), unable to get an estimate for 3 days at another place and driving 45 min to a scheduled estimate at another place (only to be told they forgot the estimate guy wasn't working that day; i stopped by Tom's. They fixed my vehicle on the spot for FREE. They would not accept money and only ask i recommend them. They certainly gained any future business of mine and my recommendation.

Toms is amazing! Truck looks like new, can’t even tell it was in an accident at all. They even helped cover a couple days of my rental since my insurance wouldn’t! If you need auto repair, body work or anything, this is the place to go. Staff was also very friendly and professional and really went the extra mile!

Shane is great! We have had 2 vehicles hit by deer and we took both in to Tom's. Best price in town (compared with 3 others) along with hands down BEST customer service in town. This will always be where I go to get our vehicles worked on!

They had our vehicle to work on, and kept us up to date on what they were doing and what parts they had to wait for. Reasonable prices, would take our vehicles to them again.

Just picked up my son's Jeep that was in for repairs...looks great..drives great! Went to several shops in the Council Bluffs area and Tom's was the best by far... very reasonable. Tom's is a very honest body shop that works with you throughout the repair process...I will be bringing all my auto body repairs to Dan at Tom's Auto Body ,LLC.

Tom's has always had a super reputation with us. They do great work at a fair price. We use Tom's exclusively. The best place in town.

I needed body repair due to a deer accident. Shane did a great job on the repair. It was reasonable and done well. I was very impressed that my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up! Even the inside of the windows were cleaned! This was especially impressive since the damage was just my back bumper. Thank you!

Took my 2000 Camaro to Tom's to replace a quarter panel, and both rocker panels. The price was reasonable, and they did great work. I was very satisfied with the end result.
