Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

After being out of town all week I came home to backed up toilets and Elias came out super fast! The customer service phenomenal! I was a mess and had no idea how to handle the situation and he came in and kept me informed through out the entire process and even offered a few different options on how to handle the situation. Timing was great, communication was great, over all just a really amazing experience with Elias!

Sam was our technician and he was great! Very fast, talked me through everything he was doing and made sure the information he was sharing was understood by me. Did an excellent job and would definitely recommend using this company/ technician again

My son flushed a fidget spinner down the toilet. I spoke to a manager at Roto Rooter named John and he was so helpful. A technician named Nathan came out, also very pleasant, and got it out quickly and just did a great job. Not only was the fidget spinner removed but also excellent customer service from both John and Nathan. Much appreciated!

Had a great experience with James from Roto-Rooter. He was very considerate and conscientious. He arrived when he said he would, explained what he was going to be doing, and gave me an estimated cost upfront. He showed me the results of his work and cleaned up after himself. I am very happy with the work and overall experience. James is a great guy to boot!

The technician, Justin, did outstanding work, and could have easily charged twice what he did, and done half the work. Outstanding attention to detail, great customer service, and an excellent attitude and willingness to explain what he was doing as he was doing it. An absolute pleasure to have help us, and we appreciated him very much!

Paul and Mat are very friendly. They introduced themselves. They worked very well together. They replaced the toilet shut off valve. They replaced the main water shut off value. A water softener unit and a unit under the kitchen sink for drinking water was also installed. I would recommend them to family and friends. I also will call Paul again if there's ever any problems in the future.

Great service and very knowledgeable, came to fix our clogged drain quickly and last minute on a Saturday. Took care of the main issue, and also noticed and fixed another to ensure it was in great shape before he left. Highly recommend!
