Viper Drain Cleaning - Plumber Council Bluffs, IA

The nursing home I manage had our water main break, on Monday at 3:30p the city shut our water off, by 4:30p Viper’s crew was here and began excavating the area. They worked until 8:30p trying to fix the issue but ran out of daylight. At 8:00a the next morning their team was here, they identified the issue and had our water service restored by 11:15a. Viper made a terrible situation much more manageable. Their response time whenever we have plumbing issues is impeccable.

This company is fantastic. Polite, professional and very reasonable. Another (big name) company quoted me 10,000 to 24,000, came to appointment in a Tesla, with price sheet, remove our toilet and it leaked everywhere...ridiculous. Alex with Viper did the job for 5,500...HUGE DIFFERENCE. He's a great plumber, knows his stuff, had a nice crew, takes time to explain everything, and was done in a day. It was a big job and I was worried about the possibility of being a two day job, but his crew knocked it out in only one day. I recommend his company to everyone. He'll definitely be my "forever" plumber.

They were fast, efficient, available, and not too pricey. They fixed my toilet that was leaking into my basement whenever it flushed as well as replacing a pipe to my shower. They didn't try and pull the wool over me and my wife's eyes to try and get us to spend more or buy more products like Burton AC tried to do. I was significantly happy with them and will likely continue with them in the future

Good pre-arrival communication from dispatcher. Dustin arrived on time and knew exactly what to do, worked quickly, unclogged the drains, and took time to explain things. He also took the time to clean up the area before leaving. Will always call Viper in the future.

Next visit, different problem. They quickly dispatched two polite plumbers who expertly handled a tough sewer drain clean out. They clearly explained the problem and took care of it in less than an hour. Viper is the real deal, wouldn't use anyone else.

Tucker came in, assessed the situation in about ten minutes. He then came up with a plan to remedy the PVC frozen pipes. Had the entire job done in less than a hour. This company actually shocked me for the little amount that was charged for this job. I will never go another plumbing company again. I would recommend Viper plumbing company to anyone with great confidence.

Viper just cleaned out our main drain and they were fast, thorough and a great price! I highly recommend them! I called Friday evening and they were here Saturday at 8:15 am!

Alex and his team were super professional through the entire process of replacing the utility lines from my house to the street. They worked quickly and efficiently in the snow to make sure everything was done just right and worked with the city to get a new box for my main waterline shut off. HIGHLY recommend!!

We were given this company for a 2nd opinion, I have not yet heard the results because it does t take time. They were notified yesterday morning they were out yesterday afternoon. The gentleman was very professional and was trying to figure out what was going on to see if he had the same or different results.

I received quotes to change out a hot water heater. I was referred to Viper and I am so glad I was. They were very professional, reasonable and went above and beyond. I had a leaking pipe and they fixed that and changed out a valve that should not have been there. I would definitely recommend them.
