Kind people.just need to work on camunacation with custermers on the phone about what u need to braking to pick up ur mail from the post office.

I have been to this Post Office location on many occasions and have always been greeted positively when I've approached the service desk. All service clerks that I have encountered have been knowledgeable and helpful as they could be, or found help if it was needed. There are rules and regulations in place that may be frustrating for some, but for the standard customer with a positive, workable attitude, I honestly believe the staff at this location are good.

I love my post office and all my mail carriers. Whenever I have an issue they are able to fix it quickly. They are so much more helpful than the contact center for the USPS.

Some customers complain about them for one reason or another, but really haven't we all had those kinds of days at work?
I know if I had to deal with a lot of you everyday, face to face, I wouldn't be Mother freakin' Teresa either.

So if you don't buy your postage online and have to physically go to a post office, they are way more helpful than a UPS Store or say a FedEx hub. The one in Council Bluffs has free parking and is very accessible.

Very helpful! After my own post office in Papillion failed me, I was able to speak with a nice young man in the Council Bluffs office who answered all of my questions.
