I love this place! They treat me like family! 2020 was one of the worst years of my life. I spent a lot of time here. The staff supports you 110%. Of you were ever in medical treatment this is the place to go! Sarah McElroy and Dr. Narmi Aka Dr North Face are some of the best staff around.

Friendly staff, easy check ins, short wait time. Building designed with smooth flow, simple to navigate through sections. My Chart app is an excellent tool for communicating with staff and doctors. Got my test results immediately! Helps me understand my medications and diagnosis by easy to read reports. I can send and receive messages quickly. I can even set up my appointments.

I was taken back to the out patient room at 11:30, so we started off on a great note.
The room was clean and roomy, my husband was allowed to wait in the room during my surgery and recovery.
My IV was a bit troublesome, the nurse first attempted didn’t go well, she went to find someone else to try and that went well that time. So I totally appreciate when she didn’t keep trying.
Everything went well, the nurse made sure that my husband had coffee and a blanket.
Everything went well I would totally recommend Mercy out patient sugary!

I came in for a colonoscopy and everybody was so wonderful. The nurse that took me back I wish I could remember her name, Donovan and Alexis took very good care of me, Michelle, Amanda, and Dr. HALE were absolutely fabulous. Wonderful bedside manner. And Corey or Cody the anesthesiologist was just amazing. I couldn’t avast for a better experience even though I was there for a colonoscopy 😁

The ER admitted my son into the ICU. He coded shortly after. They saved his life and I will forever be thankful. Everyone involved in my sons care were amazing. I appreciate you all! I can’t thank you enough.

I am impressed with the Emergency Room diagnostic skill. (I am not easily impressed.) They were able to diagnose something that I'm afraid other top hospitals have missed. Wondering if they have a better, more thorough lab or something. (I thought I was going to the best in the world.) The physician in the ER seemed to know exactly what she was dealing with. I thought about the questions she asked more when I got home and realized I answered some too quick (in pain, wanted to be efficient to get help quickly). I think she was definitely on the right track. MUCH APPRECIATED!

My only problem is, I didn't get my coffee drip after surgery. Since i couldnt have coffee before I asked for an iv drip bag filled with coffee and I didnt get it. 🤣🤣 jk i know they cant do that. Wishful thinking 😆. I dont go to any other hospital though. Only Mercy.

I have never went to a appointment that went so quick and smooth. They had me in and out within 20 min. I had a mammogram and a lung x-ray both in them 20 min. The staff was very kind and gentle and understanding. I honestly look forward to having another appointment with CHI and there wonderful staff.

I’m not happy with the service my mother is receiving from this hospital. I’m usually not the one to leave reviews, however I must say something. We have been waiting to see a doctor for over 3 hours -watching people come in after we have been waiting- mind you my mother is having serious issues. However, they are professional and doing a wonderful job with my mother.

I am from Mason City Iowa. And I have to say the hospital there is super awesome better than any hospital. Then I have ever been in. I have an autistic boy that had 2nd degree Burns. And the nurses on the 4th floor are super awesome. And. A special thank you to Lisa. Truly amazing. And very caring.

I went for a mammogram and a lung scan. The staff was very kind and very efficient. My appointments were for 4 and 4:30. I was leaving at about 4:30. That was very nice to be seen so quickly.

Excellent. Son fell and hurt wrist, took him to the ER. The staff was very polite from check in to check out. Nurse was amazing, kept son at ease entire time. The doc was awesome, very informative, explained the break in terms we understood and answered all of my son's questions. Xray staff was great with him, moving his arm gently to get views. Glad this is where we choose to go for our medical emergencies.

I was a bit early but was taken back right away. The tech did both mammogram and bone scan super quick and thoroughly. Not only that, she was very personable and nice! Highly recommend!

They had an amazing team of people who explained everything they did, all very professional, Dr. Mindy Dickinson and Dr Jill Grennan were great at explaining everything that would happen in surgery. I highly recommend them both.

Had to stop in early for some stomach pain. Dr. Held had a great bedside manor and was able to get me feeling better within the time I left.
Nurse Pat was a wonderful person to talk to while I was getting prepped. He was able to help keep me distracted and pulled a couple laughs out of me.

I recently had a mammogram at CHI mercy hospital in Council Bluffs, IA. It was so quick and easygoing. The staff at the registration desk were courteous and efficient. I went straight back to the Mammogram Center, they have pink ribbon logo for breast cancer on the floor to guide you to their door. The technician 👩‍🔧 was very nice and helpful! I have lost 145 lbs since my last mammogram, so she informed me that she would have to do another step for my scans. The gowns they give you are heated and soft and the attendant is very gentle and helpful getting you hooked up for each view. The entire visit took about 30 minutes. Also, I had my results on my MyChart website the next morning. I would definitely recommend women get their Mammogram done at CHI Mercy.

The nursing staff was very nice and the doctor was great thank you for all your help I am finally feeling better. God bless all of you wonderful people.

The Er rep Jenae made me feel welcomed, she was so nice and sincere about my foot. The bathrooms were a long way and she took a wheelchair and brought me there without any hesitation as if she was pleased to do it. There needs to be more staff like this the er was also so busy and Jenae was able to find us a ortho urgent care that could take us in. Please give this woman a raise!

From beginning to end I was treated so very well!! They would come and let us know that people were being dismissed so we were next which I thought was wonderful and the staff are always ALL ROCKSTARS!! Thanks for taking such good care of me. Angie M

Went there for mental health and i’ve never felt so welcomed. The staff was so kind, always checked up on me. I know that’s there jobs but they didn’t more than just make sure i was in my room or out in the groups. They went beyond there job and had conversations with me. Connected with me so i didn’t feel alone. Made sure I was having a good day and if I didn’t wanna visitors that day they made sure i didn’t have any. 10/10 best experience. Also I miss my favorite nurse from there :(.
