Outstanding care from funeral director and employees. Extremely helpful and showed great empathy towards my family for our loss. I appreciate all the help and even reminded us we missed some of the food we'd catered in. We'd never have known different. Thank you for everything!!

I cannot express my gratitude with everyone who helped from the beginning of when my mom got ill just about 1 year ago to her final day. Robert was amazing during the pre-planning stages, he guided me every step of the way. Friendly voices always at the other end of the phone when I called. (wish I could remember their names) Fast forward to the day she passed, Mike picked her up with care, and the next day when I met with him he was compassionate and understanding. He guided me through all of it without making me feel rushed. I wouldn't have been able to get through this part with out anyone of them.

Hoy Kilnoski has wonderful staff! They made everything go smoothly. They did a wonderful job with my Dad’s funeral. It was a beautiful ceremony. The staff is Kind, patient, & sympathetic even with my last minute addition. Also, very efficient they let me know on a Sunday they had our death certificates ready. Thank you Whitney for all you did for our family. We were able to grieve without added stress.

They helped us out when we needed it the most. We truly appreciate their services.

I lost my boyfriend earlier this week and called Hoy-Kilnoski to make arrangements. There was no pressure to come in that day and they even offered to call me back the following day to set something up to allow me time to overcome my shock. They let me know right away when they had possession of my boyfriend's body (a different funeral home initially picked him up). When I did go in for my meeting I was treated with kindness and compassion. At no time did I feel like it was about anything other than honoring my boyfriend and his wishes. They treated him like a person instead of a paycheck and I cannot express how much that means to me

The unexpected death of my wife was a terrible shock. I called the funeral home the same day. My wife was in a hospital 50 miles away. They picked her up that afternoon and had her prepped. This all done before I walked in the door. They were compassionate, helpful and extremely courteous. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Very professional from beginning to end. Every part of the whole funeral was executed flawlessly. Mike is the man, his sister also helped us through all the insurance paperwork and she knew exactly what to do. You get the same exact vibes from the entry level employee to the top. Very unique people. My father passed the weekend before Christmas. But prior to that heading up to Christmas I was obviously concerned if it happened on the holidays. It blew my mind they were fully prepared and willing to drop whatever it was they may have planned for the holidays to take care of us with NO hesitation. Now keep in mind my mother in law passed about 5 months prior, and they also took care of her arrangements. My wife and myself also had a great and flawless experience. I didnt expect anything less for my father, but I also didnt realize there could be something else that would overwhelm me. The gesture to just drop a huge holiday such as Christmas was really over the top for me. I would recommend these folks to anybody and would give then the nod as one of the best doing it.

Absolutely fantastic! Very helpful, easy to work with, & sympathetic most of all courteous. Very professional which made us comfortable in the time of need. The guidance they gave us made everything seem to easy. Excellent communication, quick, and responsive. Five Star Plus!

Wow what an experience at Hoy Kilnoski!!!! My beautiful son was laid to rest yesterday and they could have not have been more perfect. They were on top of everything. The service our family received was excellent They were kind, compassionate, and absolutely anticipated our every need.. Our son's guest were highly impressed as well at the service, atmosphere and our ability to move from the service to a dining room where we could visit, eat and reflect on the memories and the times we cherished regarding my son.. Pastor Jeff delivered an excellent sermon.. I could not have been more impressed and thankful for the staff that work there and how we were treated and their compassionate care. Extremely impressed that when you are so overwhelmed with grief that they took the reigns and walked us through the process. If we forgot anything they surely did not!!! They gave us our options and allowed us to choose and we were never pressured. They asked us what we imagined for the funeral and what we would like to see happen and they made it happen. Thank you Hoy-kilnoski for making our unfortunate situation bearable and tolerable. It would not have been without your excellent service and detail. Mary, John Colburn and family.

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and service at Hoy-Kilnoski. We received kind and compassionate care from the very first phone call we made up through the last contact we had with them. I was very very pleased with my father's service.

I'm pleased with the way my father's final arrangements were completed. The music at the graveside service was perfect and every other detail just as we wanted. I've now pre-arranged my own final arrangements with Hoy and feel very comfortable with that decision.

I wanted to just say that we used Hoy Kilnoski for my mother, Janet Johnson's service in March of 2018. The service, facility, staff attention, cleanliness, parking and compassion shown to our family was outstanding. In another instance specifically when my cousin Roger Kline was tragically killed Mike Hoy was very kind to Roger's grieving wife, of whom offered us her referral to work with Mike for our mom's service and we were really glad we did.
