Szechuan House & Cajun Seafood

We come here all the time! Twice within just 2 weeks! They have a nice quiet environment. And the food is great. One of my go to places in Lawrence

Everyone needs to try Szechuan House Cajun Seafoods. Their crawfish is so Delicious and full of flavor.

Last night I had seafood from Szechuan House & Cajun Seafood and this had to be the best seafood I’ve had in a long. 10/10 Seafood Must comeback

Who knew that KS would have a seafood spot that was this good. I'm a trucker and I've been on the road for week. All week I've had was food that was not good. I mean everyday was terrible. But this place gave me hope. I'm not a fan of boil bags but this place just changed my mind. My food was excellent and delicious. Hats off to this place and the cook who made this for me. If I'm ever within 50mi I'm coming through. Call wife and tell her I'm gonna be late cause I'm stopping by. Seriously delicious

I have always had a great experience with Szechuan house! With Lawrence offering so many good Asian restaurants I feel I have found the one I will stick with. I love that they offer Americanized options as well as traditional options. The seafood boil is some of the best I have had and probably the best in Lawrence. The owners or whom I assume based on them always being there have got to be some of the most down to earth hard working people ever. I will continue to support this business because they offer a good product and have a selection that would take years to try everything.

I have never liked any other Cajun food and I have been spectacle with this restaurant, BUT this Cajun experience I had with restaurant is REMARKABLE! I ordered a Cajun family platter with this restaurant and it is DELICIOUS! I also order an extra Cajun sauce, lemon pepper, old bay, and szcheuan house sauce special with this order for $1 each, for each sauce (and they gave me ALOT of sauce!) and it has not disappointed! Love this spot and I will be returning for my birthday because I crave seafood once a year and it has 100% satisfied!!!!

We’ve tried the cajun seafood boil multiple times and the Szechuan food, both are amazing! Always fresh, hot and flavorful. They’re very kind too, and the drive through is super convenient. Their Szechuan dan dan noodles are the best!

When it comes to restaurants, especially these days, I don't believe in keeping hidden gems secret. This place has as good or better Cajun boils than ones I've had in New Orleans or Texas. Combo Special D. You won't be disappointed!

I've been going to Szechaun house for 3 years now. Not once have they confused an order, the food is authentic, menu large, and service is quick and efficient. You can honestly tell it is a family business because care is put into each order.

Super nice, warm atmosphere, tho I usually get carry out. Food's awesome. They always hook it up, everything I've got has been good. Been going her a lot lately.

Best Chinese restaurant serving Sichuan food in Lawrence. Feel like I was back to my hometown where people does not say 'thank you' very often but enjoy the meal and life everyday. The very familier taste with familiar people, will come back again.

Love real Chinese food. This place is only one of two I know of around here. Black Bean fish & Mallah Noodles are really good. Twice cooked pork is good to.

Excellent little asian fusion restaurant. Family owned with just the right amount of friendliness and attitude.

The pad thai is good, although it was created using a bit more white wine vinegar than I normally see out in SoCal.

But the really stand out item we had was the Mixed Vegetables with Tofu - imagine Broccoli Beef with Tofu instead of the beef, but the Tofu wasn't overfried and hard like so many places infortunately make it.

Really great item, give this place a try.

Delicious, flavorful Szechuan food! If you like authentic Chinese food, this is the place. Don't bother ordering the Americanized dishes. Stick to the Chinese menu items and you will not be disappointed.

The food is good, and has very authentic flavors to the cuisine. It is a traditional family-style restaurant, and if you are not familiar with this food or style of dining, I'd recommend going with someone who is :)

Superb Asian with large menu and variety.

Food was absolutely delicious. Didn't have the hot pot, but everyone else was having it. It also looked great.
