Refused to replace the vape stick I just bought (and opened it in store) even though it literally does not work. All their tobacco products are always stale and have been sitting around forever. They are rude and unfriendly. The customer service is trash.

so these ma#ukas are distributing fake pop extra products the scratch off barcode on the back can be entered at the home site , when entered my pop extra serial code had already been inputed 14 times it s hard to hit which is a sure sign ! i took the top off and there were metal shavings in there it tastes good but thats it it dies alot quicker too , its happened to me 6 times this month so be very clear and state what u want telling them you want a real one not a fake .
