The staff is outstanding. Everyone there was extremely caring and professional. During a very difficult time they made the process less stressful. They walked us through every step and guided us through the many decisions that needed to be made. They also checked in with us after the services were done. The facilities are calming and a wonderful place for friends and families to gather.

At such a devastating time for my family I can honestly say this team of amazing people made everything so easy for my brother and I to put our father to rest! They were so prepared when we walked in to make the arrangements. They even had the details of our mother's funeral arrangements of what casket she was buried in, what verse was used on her cards, to the details of her luncheon. We were so glad to have those details while making the final decisions on our fathers arrangements. Every detail was covered. Our father had a full military funeral and we didn't need to worry about any of those details either, everything was taken care of down to every last detail. Our mother passed in 2015 so the shared headstone was already in place and just needed the death date of our father added. I instantly panicked one day thinking that was something we had forgotten about and needed to be arranged but I was pleased when it had already been taken care of! So much to take care of and they didn't miss a thing! We have received multiple messages from this team even months later as they reach out us to check in and see how we are doing and offer grieving support if needed. I would recommend to anyone who needs to put a loved one to rest that you allow this amazing group of compassionate people to take care of this for you. You will be so pleased and thankful that you trusted them to give your loved one the funeral they deserve.

From the first call to them after our mom passed, they talked to us like we were friends, made us feel comfort during a bad time. Helped us through decisions and helped us know where to go for for other things we needed , and who to call, very helpful.

The prepaid final arrangement for my father were not elaborate but were handled promptly and professionally. Everything was taken care of and in accordance with my father’s wishes.

Last November I lost both of my parents three weeks apart. They lived in Arizona but they were buried in Iowa. Steve O'NEILL, well really qll the staff were so wonderful to my family. I only had to make one phone call and they got everything in motion to get my parents home. That was a process in and of itself. Arizona is not very fast in getting things done. Steve was very kind and patient. When mom's death certificate was wrong Mr Cutler called Arizona himself and started the process to get it fixed. They even checked to see how I was doing the other day. Definitely love these people!!
