Their office sucks on getting back to you I have called and left three voicemail and their office still has not returned my phone call this is poor management

Don't bother with this place. I have kept my trailer parked here for almost a year. Things were great at first, but a few months ago things went downhill. They have overcharged me for 'insurance' even though I provided proof that I have coverage. I had to fight to get that money refunded. Then they increased their rates without notice (even though they say they did, we never received any notification of this). We decided to take our business elsewhere, and when giving our move-out notice, Dawn was extremely rude and argumentative and actually hung up on me. Not acceptable customer service for an overpriced outside concrete parking.
