The geek squad here is very competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. Really gave me an amazing impression of Best Buy.

I've always had a soft spot in my heart for Best Buy. This location is no exception. The show room is clean and generally well organized. The one thing that does make me sad, through no fault of the local store, is that the company as a whole is making the ill-informed decision to move away from selling physical movies. At a time when more people are beginning to realize that just because you have something on Vudu doesn't mean that you own it, nor do you have access to the best version, stores moving away from selling DVDs and BluRays is a bad deal.

That said, I do enjoy this store, and hope that it continues to survive and thrive.

Everything was laid out nicely I was able to decide on a nice pair of wireless earbuds without too much hassle and the clerk at the front register was very nice

I needed something that I didn't know anything about. I told the attendant at the door. He personally escorted me to the product and helped me pick the appropriate item, which was not the most expensive option. In and out in less than five minutes.

A great, diverse, but general selection of most types of technologies.

Competitive prices in my experience, even compared to online outlets.

For personal Windows machines, if you want better parts selection or have specific needs, try microcenter in overland park next.

Kind and helpful staff! Jared patiently walked me through resetting and selling my old phone, offering helpful tips on troubleshooting my roku remote while we waited for my phone to reboot. Other staff members were considerate and polite too, as I walked around the store.

Went in looking for a USB-C charging block ahead of a work trip, and was met at the door by Isaac, who showed me exactly what I needed, and answered questions about products that could potentially work for a few other device power issues I was confronting. He was very knowledgeable and helpful!

It is my favorite place for electronics its people is very professional and friendly.

Went in for a set of headphones and the staff were very helpful in what I was finding.

We picked up 4 tv’s from here. The employee who helped us was extremely excited that we were picking up tv’s he helped us pick all of them out and then all of our mounts. He rung us up and helped us load everything into the truck. Great experience!

Got a high end razer mouse ($174 after tax) and had the good opportunity of having a defective unit, unless razer QC is bad for this specific product. Thankfully Morgan helped me sort everything out and got an exchange. Hopefully this one will be solid.

Went in for a new Roku. The greeter asked how he could help, and another person led me to the Roku aisle. I picked up what I needed, there was no line to pay, and I was probably out in about 2 minutes.

Honestly one of the best laptop buying experiences I’ve had. Store is always super clean and the staff is friendly and great at what they do. Tom was incredibly helpful and patient while I made a decision at my price point - he even showed me some laptops I hadn’t considered and was sure glad he did. The great interaction with the employees and great policies(14 day return) means I’ll never go anywhere else to buy my electronics. BestBuy for life!

I'm 80yr old tech ignorant. They were short staffed (Superbowl illness) but took the extra time to explain what I was buying and then went over it again when I asked a question just to make certain I understood. So kind and helpful.

Love Best Buy they got everything

We had a great experience at this Best Buy. We came in with a problem to solve and clerk Adonis and store manager Anna went above and beyond to help us. We left with exactly what we needed. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, and we appreciated them very much.

I needed a new Bluetooth speaker and everyone was so friendly from the second I walked in the door. Cody was knowledgeable and even showed me a new camera accessory to consider! Thanks for making my trip to Best Buy a nice experience!

I always have a good experience at this Best Buy and on my most recent visit Harrison the cashier was incredibly helpful and really went above and beyond his job! I felt like he really deserved some recognition for his actions. It is employees like him that keep me coming in to Best Buy instead of shopping for everything online.

I needed a new charging cord for my phone and we had to go to Lawrence for grocery shopping so stopped here for the purchase.
The employees were nice and helpful. It was pretty slow and since we were walking around looking at things we were asked several times if we needed anything.
I started taking pictures, and it must have looked like I was casing the joint because a manager came over to ask if there was anything I needed.
What happened to the days of just browsing?
We were able to get the cord and check out without any problems.
I like the Best Buy chain and try to frequent them. I know when it’s slow it’s their job to check in on customers but this was a bit over the top.
I’d still go back. Clean store, helpful employees. Better then some other chains who ignore their shoppers.
