Kohl's

Very nice store. I had a wonderful lady at customer service to help me. Her name was Sarah. We went back the next day with my adult daughter and she helped us that day too. So kind and friendly. Very helpful, quick and knowledgeable service.

Our checkout person was excellent. She was helpful, friendly, very good at offering Kohls credit. In the past, I have probably declined applying for a card but Jocelyn was patient and helpful in articulating the card benefits. When I asked if she was the manager, she said she was not since she was only 19. As a businessperson I believe she is able and mature enough to be in management.

It has been awhile since I shopped at Kohl's and was pleasantly surprised by the range of quality clothing and pricing. I will definitely be back for more shopping in the future!

Had to come to do an Amazon return and decided to find out if there were things that fit better than what Amazon shipped! Guadalupe rocks the department and the selection of what I was looking for with my wife was excellent. Have to go look in Men's shirts but I don't need to look as snazzy!

Great place for baby and toddler clothes. Be sure to get one of their discount coupons when you go. The coupons can really help get some savings for you.

The item we were wanting to purchase was in stock and on sale. The sales clerk was very friendly and engaging as he gave us a further senior discount without us asking.

Visited the Kohls in Lawrence and it appeared to be bigger with alot more variety than the store in Topeka!

Positive experience with great customer service from an attentive and personable young lady Brianna. Despite long lines due to the holiday season, the well-stocked store had some items online-only or in short supply. Clean restrooms were a plus.

I normally don't like shoping at Kohl's, because my vision is impaired, and there's not anyone available to help me. My best friend took me and went the extra mile by reading the sizes for me, which made it possible for me to get a dress, a top, and a toy for my best friend's granddaughter who is a year old. So thank's Kohl's for the right price items I purchased. 😄

Went in for a pair of shoes for work. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. The sales associate was very patient and knowledgeable. She helped me try on several different pairs, explaining the difference between them as well as the probable durability. I truly appreciated her help, but I forgot to get her name. The store was clean and well maintained. The wait at checkout wasn't long. Thank you everyone for a good experience. My feet thank you too!
