The staff is very rude and dont help residents. The maintenance always blames residents if things break. There is a lot of theft and security cameras but the office staff will not let residents see video and tell them that the residents are the only people entering apt.

Staff was extremely rude. They do not allow you to have any idea what you are getting into and treat you like you are a criminal.
