I just went back to Mattress Firm to trade the mattress we purchased in November for something we feel will work better for us. Zach, the Omaha manager assisted me, and he also was wonderful. Very helpful, informative and made the process easy. Just a great place to shop for a mattress!!

We had a very positive experience at this Mattress Firm. Emileigh, our sales person, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in assisting us in finding the perfect mattress. She did not push us at all and was very low key, which was such a refreshing change from other sales folks we’ve dealt with before. I highly recommend this particular store.

The salesman, Spencer, was very helpful without being pushy. Asked us what our problems with our current mattress was, helped us find the perfect one and set us up on 90 day interest free payment plan!!

Chase helped me out a ton!! He let me know all my options within my price range (i was definitely on a budget!) and he even looked at other stores for me and was very knowledgeable on all there was too offer. He gave me a great deal and I walked out of there in less than an hour with delivery set up and the perfect mattress for me personally! Great service and very personable and made sure he answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend going in on a quiet Sunday morning, thanks Chase!

Only went in to look at the Purple brand and see if we liked it. We were educated on the Purple brand and able to compare it to other brands to make the most informed decision based on our needs. Thought about looking elsewhere but when you get customer service and education at this level, didn’t feel we needed to look elsewhere. This kind of service is rare in today’s marketplace. So impressed with Chase, our sleep expert, that is seemed only right to buy from him. He put in the work, learned our needs, and put us in the set-up we believe will be perfect for us. Thank you!

I went to the metro crossing store to look for a bed for my spare room. I wanted something nice but not overly priced. Chase was my salesman and I am so happy I went there. Not only was Chase very helpful but he was very knowledgeable with the products and met my every need. I would not hesitate to recommend this location and Chase. This was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I've ever had

I have met Chase a few times now and every experience has been above and beyond what I could hope for. He is one of the few people left in the customer service industry who really cares about his job and it shows. He is sweet as pie, accommodating, explains things clearly, not pushy, and just an all around fun guy to talk to. The store is clean, and organized well. I will never go anywhere else to buy my mattress, and I tell everyone I know to go there.

Dillon Spies was very helpful! Getting the adjustable bed for my 91 year old mother who broke her arm.

As always great customer service and wonderful products. I've only bought a couple of pillows but the employees and management go above and beyond.

Ron has been amazing for years! This will be our 4th mattress that we have bought from him over the years! 4 mattresses might sound like a lot! But it was never from him leading us into the wrong direction! He always got us into the perfect mattress that we could afford at the time! We were finally able to get us a “forever” mattress this time & we’re so excited! Ron is the most kind & helpful man! He’s always super down to earth & isn’t afraid to tell you his opinion on mattresses & accessories to make sure you really know what you’re getting!

I came in on a whim hoping to find an affordable twin box spring. The person who helped me was so nice. He went the extra mile to find something in my price range. Its so nice to be treated well no matter how much you spend. Most places wont bother with you if you're on a budget. They definitly will be who I go to for my next bed. Very professional and personable.
