Friendly staff and quality work!

We had many other businesses quote new windows for our house, but Hawkeye's price for the type of window we wanted installed was better. The window was installed properly and works very well. We also enjoyed their willingness to only put in one window at a time, so we can save for additional installations. This is something that other contractors did not seem interested in doing.

We did have a couple concerns, but Hawkeye took them to heart and really tried to do what they could to ensure that we were taken care of. Honestly, that was probably the best part about the experience. Customer service goes a long way, and they did what was needed to ensure their customer was happy.

We will definitely be looking at using them again.

Owned by Omaha company now, not the same

I had called to get an estimate for a door replacement. I was booked with an estimate. The tech was late. He sent a text advising he would call tomorrow to reschedule. Never did. I then called the office to inquire about why this happened and if this is was typical service. I was advised he was out ill. He should be better now and they would call back to reschedule again. No one returned that call. I called again to give them the opportunity of my business and discuss the issues. Still not a call back. When called to ask for office manager she was also not available but I wouldn’t wait to not be helped again. I would not recommend this service. I believe in supporting local but if This is how service is I would rather go elsewhere. I can’t say how the quality of work is because I can’t even get a phone call back.

This business is completely unresponsiveness. I have had issues in getting this business to respond to our calls on work that he advised he would come back to complete. I’ve had other family members with bad experiences as well. Continues to state they will call back and they never do.
