We had two batteries go south on us during the most recent Sub-Zero cold snap. LB jumped all over the jobs and had us in and out and back on the road in a flash. I have purchased batteries from LB for many years and have never had a sub-par experience. They know how important good service is.

I came in needed a new battery. Was even explained what the difference was between the 2 batteries I was considering. They had my battery changed in less than 15 mins. Very friendly and helpful group of men working there. Will definitely go back in the future.

They have done a great job for the 30 years I have used them. You just pull up to open bay. They will load test your battery and if need replace your battery no extra fees. They honor the warranty.

I came here when my battery died, and the folks at Lawrence Battery were amazing, helpful and so kind! They took my battery to test and try to charge it, and it was completely dead. Done! We ended up realizing my dead battery was still under warranty somewhere else in town, so Lawrence Battery let me borrow a loaner battery overnight until I could take my battery in to be replaced at the other location under warranty. They did it free of charge. I would definitely recommend them, and will be back there the next time I need a battery!

Great knowledgeable guys that will diagnose your battery quickly. No hard upsale. This is the only place I go for new batteries.

These guys are the best. This in some ways is a locals place. I say that because it's a gem of a place run by honest knowledgeable people. It's not a chain or big box but instead a place where you go in get a diagnosis and if you need one a new battery at a really good price installed in less time than you could eat lunch. I bought a new battery from a chain because I needed a new one on a Sunday. My mistake. I'll wait next time. That battery lasted all of 7 months.

I went to Lawrence Battery today for the first time because my battery died in my car. I pulled in and everyone was ready to help and very kind! They had my car in and out of the shop in about 10 minutes. They fixed my car and saved my day! Thank you Lawrence Battery, your employees are wonderful!

These guys are always helpful and do not try to upsell. They are straight shooters. They did a complete check on my battery and alternator to make sure the AAA guy was right and I for sure needed a new battery. They gave me my options and no pressure to get the most expensive one. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Our car battery was dead, and we had no way to get the car out of our garage. I contacted Lawrence Battery and asked if would be possible to come to our house to check the battery. I spoke to a technician, Josiah, at Lawrence Battery to see if this would be possible. He said that this not part of the service, normally offered, but would ask his boss to see if it could be done. He called back shortly and said he would come by within the hour. When he arrived, he removed the battery and took it back to the shop to be charged and determine if it would need to be replaced. He said that if the battery was still useable, he would bring it back and reinstall it again for us.

I can't express how impressed I am with Josiah. It is rare to find someone who cares this much about his work, and is willing to go out of his way to help. If I could, I would give him 10 stars for this review!

Super friendly, helpful, good prices. My battery quit unexpectedly and I came in without an appointment. They checked my alternator and battery and after determining my battery was bad, gave me two price options on a new one and installed it for me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Lawrence Battery is Legit!! Last Saturday morning my car barely started. Took it by there where Josiah came out and helped me. He did some testing with a test light to see if it had any juice left... It did not, he quickly got me a new batter and installed it with care. He was really careful while working on my car, took his time and did it the right way! Battery is still going strong.
