Ken (the cashier) refused to honor a snack item that was ringing up more than the stickered price. When we calmly brought up the error, he became frustrated with us and refused to ring up our other items. We asked just take the snack item off, so we could purchase our water. He then told us that he was refusing us service and told us to leave the store.

We went to the other cashier who stated she was a manager and she agreed that the price was mismarked but honored the sticker price.

We have never been treated more disrespectfully and we recommend management provide Ken with customer service training.

Worst coffee ever and dirtiest drink stations. I know it’s a gas station but so close to the highway you’d think they’d at least have good coffee for travelers.. literally just brown water

You should probably have the correct hours so people don't drive from another town thinking you are open 24 hours.

Card reader at pump didn't work, tap to pay didn't work, bathroom was gross with literal duct tape blocking holes in the wall.

I already have enough anxiety just trying to get myself to go inside and then I'm turned down for service because I can't wear a mask without having an anxiety attack. I will never return to this place.

I had to get gas this morning on my way to work is my way to work spent $32 in gas with my debit card, They also took a $100 as a preauthorization charge for me to get gas with my debit card I will never be bringing any of my business back to this place ever again

Cashier was natably rude and argumentative. Been there multiple times over the years, but I won't be giving them any further business.

Phone number is wroung bought a E-cigerate that doesn't work and tried to call you see if we could return it and phone doesn't work either??

Cashier's rude and argumentative. Won't ever stop in here ever again. Customer service sucks.
