Amazing massage therapist who really knows how to work with, improve & eliminate sport related injuries! Extremely knowledgeable!Her work has kept me from a second round of Steroid injections, and supported me through several different ultra running injuries. Jonna is excellent at what she does- she is intuitive, attentive to individual needs, & professional. I can't say enough good about her!

Jonna is super knowledgeable and always strives to learn more to assist her clients with their varied needs. I am thankful that she frequently fits me in when I get painful neck kinks and require sudden attention. I always leave her office feeling relaxed, pain free and more mobile than I've been in days. I love that she suggests some stretches that can help with reoccurring issues, if only I were to perform them more regularly.

Jonna is very knowledgable and personable. Her little space is very relaxing. I have been a regular customer of Be Well Massage since August of last year. I try to incorporate deep tissue massages every 1-3 months. For someone who is very active and lifts weights, I believe this is important. Jonna has helped me through some ongoing LT hip impingement issues and gave my shoulder relief when I had a labrum tear.

She listened to what was going on, explained what she thought would help and asked me questions along the way to better CUSTOMIZE my massage to fit my needs. I highly recommend Jonna if you are looking for a massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable and does a good job of finding the root cause of what is causing your pain or discomfort. I've received both deep tissue and thai massages (assisted yoga poses). Booking online is convenient and she offers evening and weekend appointments that fit my schedule.

I have been experiencing left hip and shoulder pain. Jonna, fixed me right up. She really knows what she is doing and if you are injured, you have no fear that she might make anything worse.
