The room is clean, front desk service was nice, the gym had multiple treadmills, which was nice.

Without going into too much detail, the front desk host we had last night (June 1st 2022, I don't remember the woman's name) was more accommodating and lovely than we could have ever hoped for. It was such a pleasant experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. The room was beautiful as well. You could definitely tell it was clean and personalized. No weird smells, dirt, or bugs, and the appliances were newer as well. I appreciated the added sanitary measures such as the plastic sleeve for the remote. Thank you to the hotel staff, especially the front desk lady, for a wonderful stay.

We had such a great experience staying here! Check in was wonderful, the woman behind the desk was so nice and friendly. I believe her name was Monica or Monique, I dont remember exactly, but she was great! The room was so clean and nice. The pool was beautiful and clean. Ill stay again the next time Im in town!

The front desk was absolutely wonderful. We have 3 dogs and were originally booked for a room on the first floor. Without even asking us, the staff moved us to the first floor with a sliding door to the outside. They were so accommodating and helpful.

Excellent room! Bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a hotel. Room was spacious and we had a large balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It has a cute little bar and nice swimming pool. The price was reasonable, especially for how nice the room was. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

The front desk associate Amber is an absolute gem. She was very helpful with dinner suggestions for what’s open on Christmas Day, and she opened the doors for us as we arrived. Amazing service and she is just so friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. Great location too.

Very nice and clean hotel! We were able to easily book over the phone as we were winding down a tiring 500 mile drive. My cousin requested a well air-conditioned room and we walked into a wonderfully cool room. The beds were comfortable and the staff were amazing. Seth delivered hairspray to our room and Judy at the bistro made the tastiest breakfast we've had in a long time. Highly recommend this location!

The lady who checked us in was wonderful (Merriann) She went out of her way to be helpful to us. The battery in the room door was dead and she felt so bad. Lady who checked us out the next morning and also was so concerned about our issue and made sure everything was ok.. Hotel was nice and clean and convenient to many restaurant's. Location was easy to find and close to WSU.

I had a wonderful 2 night stay at this Courtyard. The room was fresh, clean, quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. But, what made my stay even more special was the employees, three in particular...Judy, Taylor and Saif. Each time I entered the hotel, I was greeted with a friendly smile and an inquiry how I was doing and was everything okay. You sure don't receive that kind of greeting each time at any other hotel, that I have stayed. Many thanks to the staff for making my stay so enjoyable.

I stayed at the Courtyard East for a business trip. 4 words….THE STAFF WAS AMAZING!! In all my traveling, be it leisure or business, I’ve never received better service!! Amber, Kyle and Marianne officially manned the front desk but did so much more!! Anything that either I or my colleagues asked for was rendered with no hesitation!! Also, Ladonna at the Bistro is a top tier chef! This beautiful soul prepared a breakfast that would easily be featured in a 5-star restaurant!! Lastly, Rosa prepared my room and did a wonderful job ensuring that it was nice and clean! I know this review may seem over the top but I’m really in awe at such the great service I received!! I truly appreciate you all making this 5-day work trip as pleasant as it was. Kuddos to this amazing staff!

The suite was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable. It felt like home this weekend and we were sad our trip was over. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

These people are so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the restaurant-like area downstairs is super. Check out the menu. I was amazed. I am staying at one of these every chance I get.

We spent a night in their suite and were pleased with our stay. The staff was accommodating and incredibly polite/friendly. The suite and facilities were well kept, comfortable and safe. My only complaint is that they don't serve a free breakfast (they should given the slightly elevated pricing).

The entire facility was spotless, and the staff was amongst the most courteous group I've ever experienced. Front desk people were great for recommending local restaurants, and they hit on everyone one they sent us to. Not sure if I'll ever be in Kansas again, but if I am I'm staying here.

We used a suite for a graduation party, it was a great space with easy access for everyone to get to the location. The room was big enough for everyone and thanks to fridge and counter space we could easily celebrate. The staff I interacted with we're friendly and helpful.

The rooms were great. Very Clean and very modern. And the service here is great. The front desk lady was very nice. And to top it off I forgot some stuff. When leaving in a rush, for a basketball camp I was in town for, they shipped it Monday and it's already here on Wednesday. This place is amazing in the service category. But there is a couple down sides, the A.C. wasn't strong enuf. And the prices on stuff in the lobby is way to high and we didn't have a fridge... But the service was just amazing and saved me atleast 60 dollars by shipping my shoes and such back to me 7 hours away to Colorado Spring. This place rocks. And the manager that shipped my stuff rocks. Thank you guys so much! A+++ .. will totally stay here every time in the future.

Front counter personnel were very polite and the rooms were great. Only disappointment was my family thought there would be some kind of breakfast but otherwise entire experience was great will definitely be back.

100% best hotel stay experience ever! Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Very affordable and NICE rooms. The front desk guy even insisted on scraping our car windows for us!!! Will probably never stay anywhere else in Wichita. Top notch!!! AAAAA++++
