Luxury Import Specialists

Have a long time shop we use and they found the problem with our Land Rover but unable to do the repair. They referred us over to Luxury Import. Spoke to Bryant who was very helpful and appreciated the fact that Luxury considered what our regular shop stated was the problem and yes, both found that it was an issue with a seal. Our LR is now up and running. I highly recommend Luxury Import Specialists.

This is undoubtedly the best mechanic shop you can take your German car to and I trust them more with my car than the shady dealers. The dealer in my city (Kansas City) got the car in and replaced every single component in the car including coils, spark plugs, injector, a new ECU, and sat there for a month only to not solve anything. I found this place through a friend and wanted to get a 2nd opinion on why it’s happening. Tom took care of my car to my understanding and the shop helped find a tow for my car from Kansas City to Wichita area and within 2 days we had an answer that the vehicle had severe internal damage and needed an engine. Not only is this shop quick, great, and honest about what they do, they use their brains and not only a computer to pinpoint many POSSIBLE issues with your vehicle! Great job guys thank you so much!

These guys are quick and thorough, AND they don't pressure you to do work that isn't needed. I like that in a mechanic! I used to take my Acura to the dealer for service, but I wanted to find somewhere closer (and less expensive), so I tried out Luxury Import Specialists with a basic oil change. Their knowledgeable staff and their no-pressure service made me decide to come back, and that was a couple of years ago!

I haven't been in the service bay, but the reception area is clean and has a Keurig coffee maker available if you are waiting for your car. I will always entrust my car to Luxury Import Specialists.

Brian and the team at luxury imports are life savers!! True definition of serving the customer to the highest ability. My 2011 335is left me stranded on a cross country road trip. These guys were able to get me in sameday accurately diagnose my engine troubles and luckily sourced local parts and got me back on the road within a couple hours. This saved me thousands in rental and lodging fees and I was happy to pay their beyond reasonable rates for service. Would recommend them over any shop in the area 10/10 times!!

These guys go above and beyond for any customer from the low end to the totally custom vehicle to the very high end supercars. I wont let anyone else touch my car they're amazing to say the least! You will know the quality of work when you have them do something for you I guarantee it!

I take my Mercedes SL500 here for service. They will never sell you something you don't need. Fair and honest shop, highly recommend!!

I had an exceptionally good experience having the techs at Luxury Import Specialists work on my 2013 Mercedes Benz ML350 BlueTec. I had a major engine failure while traveling cross-country on the interstate north of Wichita. I met with the shop owner, Tom Sincissen, after doing a wide Internet search for reputable shops who specialize on Mercedes Benz. Tom and I discussed various options for getting the ML diagnosed and repaired. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience with the Mercedes brand and his ideas for checking and repairing my ML. The engine ended up being seized as a result of a major oil leak and a sudden loss of oil. I decided to “source” a replacement engine myself and have Tom and Keith do the work.

I could not be happier with the way things turned out. Tom has years of experience working on Mercedes Benz automobiles and has extensive knowledge of the diesel-fueled (BlueTec) engine. Keith is also very knowledgeable and I felt that my ML was in good hands right from the start. My ML350 went from basically being in “roadkill” condition to running like new in a matter of a week or so.

Sharee and Dave in the front office are also great to work with. They did a nice job of keeping me informed as the engine shipment was received and repairs progressed. I should add here that I am from out of state and had to wait for the repairs to be made. Tom was able to get the work done on top of his regular schedule. That was really appreciated, especially since I know first-hand that this is a busy shop.

I feel like I got an honest deal at a fair price. I would highly recommend Luxury Import Specialists to any Mercedes Benz owner.

The atmosphere that I experienced while working with them was very much driven towards taking care of my needs as a customer. It is nice to know that they are a reliable, and a preferred alternative to dealership repair facilities. I am glad they are here to take care of my automotive service needs, after having gone through many dissatisfied dealership service department experiences. They truly do offer exceptional service at a fair price.

Very pleased with the service. Had a very good experience. I brought my car in car in with a coolant leak and was fixed promptly. Had an issue with it leaking again due to a manufacturing issue with one of the parts. I was told to bring it in again and it was fixed with no extra cost out of my pocket. Very professional and quick. Will be bringing my car back for regular maintenance

The only place I take my Mercedes. The most knowledgeable mechanics and great service too.

Wonderful people and amazing service. The Mercedes-Benz dealership I went to wanted $1500 to fix the issue that they diagnosed, but then I towed it to Luxury Import and they fixed it in the same day for $150. They figured out that Mercedes didn't accurately assess the issue and were able to fix it shortly after they determined what it was. 10/10 service, will definitely be going there again.

Dana was so nice and helpful with working with the warranty we have through first mile and kept us up to date with everything going on with the vehicle and had it done within 4 bus days.

I can’t say enough how great this place was! I previously went to Mercedes of Wichita to have my car diagnosed and repaired but had a bad experience and was told my warranty wouldn’t cover the repair. I brought it here for second opinion and they had discovered issues that the other shop didn’t and got my warranty to cover all repairs and had my vehicle back on the road again quicker then I expected! This is 100% my new trusted mechanic for my Mercedes Benz.

I brought my Land Rover Range Rover Sport to them that had been at another shop and they took over where the previous mechanic had failed to fix my suspension issues. David and Dana were true professionals with great customer service. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I am grateful for their service and the cost for the work performed was excellent.

Fantastically knowledgeable personnel, very reasonably priced. Respectful of customers wallets and their time. offer simplified explanations in layman's terms of what needs to be fixed and why. Will tell customer if repair can wait to be done. Offer budget alternatives at other shops for generic maintenence/repair

Our family purchased a used MB Sprinter last summer and when it was time for the annual service I called several import service shops. The reason I went with Luxury Import Specialists was because of the kindness of Tom when visiting over the phone and in-person. He took his time, explained everything that he could do and made recommendations. I appreciated not being told what I "have to do" like I was at other service shops. The work was done on time and for the exact price he quoted. No surprise fees. We had the serviced performed because we were getting ready for a road trip. He offered me his personal cell and told me to call if I had any problems. Well, on my way back to Wellington the service light came on so I called Tom (after hours). He explained that it was most likely caused by the sensor showing too much oil because I was driving at highway speeds. Tom said he'd hate for me to go on the road trip with a light on and drove to our home (in Wellington, KS) an hour away and personally removed the additional fluid. Talk about Customer Service! Great guy, great service, great price (quite a bit less the MB of Wichita). I wouldn't take our vehicle anywhere else.
