We used them twice now for our A/C at our old house and at our new house. We were very satisfied with their estimates and their work. Fahnestock does a really great job.

Casey was quick to respond when I reached out about installing a new A/C system and was friendly and knowledgeable in what was best for our home. He checked in a few times to see if we have questions on our options provided and made sure we had taken initial steps to ensure our home was ready for a new system (we had the wrong amp in our breaker box). We didn’t even get other quotes because we knew we had found the right company to work with.

Fast forward about 3 weeks after he first gave us the quote/acceptance (time for supplies to come in / get on the schedule), the install crew was just here 2 days ago to complete the job. The two guys showed up on time, wonderfully friendly, didn’t mind our barking fur babies, worked in the rain a bit and helped to make sure we knew everything about our new system, and even installed and setup our new smart thermostat. They even lined our floors and stairs with drop cloths to make easy cleanup for them, and worry free for me. I can’t recommend enough - I work from home so I’m always a bit leery with how it will go having an install crew / repairman here with me, can’t be too careful. But these guys (wish I had their names) were so wonderful and made it a stress free and quick to get our new HVAC system ready before the Kansas heat gets here! Our house is now cool, more energy efficient, and has the right size system for our square footage!

I was pleased with the air conditioner replacement Fahnestock did for me. They were prompt in sending Larry out to provide me with a proposal, and I very much enjoyed interacting with him. He quickly answered any questions I had and provided me with good options and advice. There was about a 2 week wait to secure the coil needed for the install after the first one came damaged. The wait was not their fault, but I didn’t get as many updates as I had hoped throughout that time. However, Dakota arrived on time the day of the install and worked quickly and efficiently and left behind a quality install. I enjoyed working with him also. A supervisor stopped by at the end of the job to do a final quality check. It was a good experience all around and I’m happy to have A/C back!

Brittany came out today to service our hvac. She was very impressive. She explained everything she was doing, even helped me learn how to more efficienctly use our thermostat to manage our heating and air conditioning. Outstanding employee in every sense of the word. 5 stars!

So impressed with their service. The technician was able to find the issue that kept blowing my fuse that 2 other companies had not. The part was not in stock, but got here within 4 days. So grateful for them.

Fahnestock has been a company I have used in the past at work. I now got the chance to use their services at home. Nick was very courteous and efficient. He got our heat pump back up online quickly and took the time to explain what he did.

A couple of weeks ago our A/C quit functioning, but with no displayed error code or alert. We contacted Colt and he accessed the unit remotely, finding an intermittent fault as well as a power supply issue that we were able to rectify. The following day Colt stopped by our farm and traced the intermittent fault back to a loose electrical connection, leaving us with a fully functional unit.
Colt's high level of knowledge and customer service is something that we rarely encounter these days, and is a pleasure to deal with Fahnestock as a result of it.

Got my estimate for new furnace and had it installed 3 days later.

So appreciate Brad and Roku for the professional job they did installing a new furnace in our manufactured home. They ended up having to take out the old liner and put in a new one which took 2 additional hours and didn’t charge me extra!!

I had numerous plumbing issues in my home and contacted several businesses for quotes. Fahnestock plumbing was very professional, understanding, responsive and worked with me on payments. Braden was the employee that came to my home, provided a quote and even did some necessary repairs while there. He was very knowledgeable, polite and didn't waste any time getting the work done and getting out which saved both time and money. I will definitely use them again if needed. In the middle of a horrible heatwave this August, our air conditioning went out! We used another company first that tried to fix it, but actually messed up the wiring instead and it broke again. We called Fahnestock and everything immediately turned positive! Their consultant Jerry Doerksen was not only knowledgeable and professional, he also saved us from having to move to a hotel to escape the 110* heat…he arranged to bring and install 3 loaner window units for us until they could install a new system. Jerry helped us pick out just the right system for our home and budget out of a huge selection that Fahnestock offers. A couple of days later, their skilled, clean, professional installation team came and had it all done in one day. Jerry and the whole Fahnestock crew went “above and beyond” to take great care of us, and we will never use anyone else! We highly recommend them.

These guys exceeded expectation! Early in the summer my son needed a new water pump. They came out quickly and didn’t try to over sell. They were honest with the timeline but were able to fit us in! Also - by far the best price we had quoted and a good unit.

On the hottest day of the year my a/c unit went down. We made one phone call and they had us back up and running within 24 hours! Friendly knowledgeable tech was easy to work with. Will definitely do business again!

Colt's professionalism and expertise were outstanding. He was able to quickly and accurately determine the issue with our system and provided a solution for us that fit our budget. Really appreciate that he was able to make time for us on such short notice during what is definitely a busy season.

This was a major purchase ($30K), and I had a lot of questions and concerns along the way. Casey answered every one of them with courtesy and patience! Every concern I had was addressed promptly along the way. Installing modern HVAC in an 1880's home is no simple feat, but they pulled it off!

We love our heating and ac replacement. They were very nice and professional. We also got our duct work cleaned they offered to replace our vent registers no extra charge and changed out our cross over to a metal instead of flex very professional and nice. The plumbing since we switched from gas to electric the came in before our electrian to remove our old water heater so our electrian would have space to work. They were very nice and professional about installing our water heater and when they had to fix a leaking pipe under the home.

Recently started using Fahnestock and am very happy with their service. They installed a new HVAC last fall at another residence and did a great job. I just started using them for my primary residence and found them to be friendly, professional and on time. Will be using them for all HVAC and plumbing needs in the future.

I was very pleased with the outcome of my situation and hope that the future keeps on bringing the same results, I was referred to them by my mother who was also very pleased with her end results as well. Colt was very pleasant to work with and very informative about what the future may need when it comes to my heater, we will be warm this winter and save money in the long run. All in all very fair pricing and I would recommend them to anyone who asks!

They arrived on time! That was the first thumbs up. They were very professional and polite. Second thumbs up. They cleaned up the mess. Third thumbs up. They explained how to operate and answered all my questions! Forth thumbs up. And the last was they knew what they were doing and didn't take any breaks. Not even a lunch that I can recall!!
