Great bank very nice people. Just wish could go inside to ask questions face to face during this time of co-vid.

First time using a shared branch and they provided excellent service.

They are just exceptional people.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were knowledgeable about alternate payment methods which made it more convenient for me. Now ... if they can lower the loan rates a little to bring themselves inline with other lenders they'll get 5 Stars.

Gosh came all the way from 21st too find out there closed but on the website it says open someone needs too get there open and close signs straight...🤨

I had a fraud alert and was notified my debit card was locked. This was on a Friday. Saturday morning, I went to my branch and got a new debit card. I had to create a new pin, and was asked if I want to have the card activated. I said yes, of course. I was then handed the card and told I was good to go. Saturday after noon about 1:00p, I was at a store and tried to use my card. The machine said my PIN# was invalid. I went back to the branch and was told operations left at noon. I then had to withdraw money. I ended up needing more money over the weekend, but could not get it; and since Monday is a holiday, I am inconveniced until Tuesday. I tried to use the card as a credit, and the machine said it was unauthorized. I am furious that this card was not correctly activated before I left the bank! It put me in a desperate situation that should not have happened!

Worst credit union in the state. Doesn't support Samsung pay, Doesn't support eranIn, and penalizes you at every corner for being their client. F mid american and I hope they fail and go out of business.

I just got a loan to pay for college tuition. Multiple signatures required, one was for payment insurance in case I die, etc. I asked if this cost extra, was told it was already applied to the loan at an extra 5% of the loan amount. VERY MISLEADING...I know not the tellers fault but credit union policy. Be aware and ask questions.

This branch has terrible customer service. The drive-thru has the interactive atms which I believe have tellers who are working offsite. Numerous times I have tried using them during business hours and I get the message that a teller will be right with me but no one ever comes. Then I end up having to go inside to get helped. The employees inside are completely unaware of what goes on in the drive thru and don't seem to care. They seem bothered that they actually have to help customers at all.

I dont like the new red headed teller at this location. Shes rude.
