We were very fortunate to work with Sarah Olson at ReeceNichols. Sarah was a fantastic buyers agent for us. She took the time to carefully explain things and educate two first time home buyers. She worked with us to learn and understand what we were looking for and gave helpful suggestions along the way. We absolutely loved working with Natalie Moyer from ReeceNichols! This was our first time selling a home and Natalie helped us through each and every step. She was there to help us decide what to clean up and fix around our house and to use her expertise to stage our furniture to better showcase our home. Natalie did her background work to help us find the price point that would make the most sense for us to list at. The photographer Natalie works with showcased our home beautifully and Natalie had a listing write up that really showed off the best features of home. The best part was how quickly our house sold! In 2 days, we had two offers and had accepted one of them.

When we had offers come in, Natalie helped us navigate them and counter offer as needed. We definitely were better off in this process by having Natalie to help us through. She really is a seasoned professional. We specifically used Natalie because of how well prepared she was and how much experience and expertise she brought to the table.

We relocated across the country and vacated the home a month before our buyers closed on the home. In that month, Natalie was happy to help us with anything that came up as far as setting trash bins out for final pick up to checking our mail one last time. We are so happy we chose to work with Natalie and would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Nick was the best realtor that I have ever worked with! He responds to texts/emails very promptly and is always available to help answer questions during the entire process (even after closing!!!). He has extreme attention to detail and he truly cares about getting you into a GREAT house. He is genuine and patient. He knows all the laws pertaining to real estate and caught quite a few mistakes made by the other realtor during the counter offer process.
I am recommending him to all my friends and other potential buyers.

Nick is amazing. We had no idea what we were doing, and looking to buy from out of state, and he somehow made it all work out very smoothly. He’s also a friendly, interesting person and went out of his way to help us feel like we were moving into a home- not a strange new city.
Everyone involved with the buy was on his recommendation. They were all just as awesome as he is. I recommend Nick 100%.

Becky was an amazing person to work withe worked with answered any questions that I had if she didn't have the answers she found a way to find out the answer and get back with me was very informative suggested many properties that we looked at as fast as we looked at understood with my work schedule. Traveling also made a kind of difficult but Becky was very understanding and worked with me as much as possible even though I was in-and-out of state for 10 months kept me well informed of what was going on what the status was of any time we made an offer she kept me informed of is of the position of that particular status. I would Highly recommend Becky Weatherford as a realtor aswell as reece Nichols as a company. Never felt under any pressure to over bid or bid on anything I didnt like. She did make me aware of many options at locations that didn't seem like I would be living there. Very communicative called or returned my calls at her earliest convenience any time of day . Becky is someone I would use again regardless where she is working, she use every aspect to her advantage to get information that was needed!
