I had a wonderful experience with ADT and the technician that installed our system. He called 30 minutes before getting to my house which was great because I wasn't home and I was able to meet him. His appearance was clean and as he entered our home he was very nice and polite. The technician went over everything we purchased and the current billing. We started a job walk-through and we talked about the placement of the devices. He even made recommendations for unprotected areas in our home which made my wife feel even safer. When the technician was done we had many questions about how our system worked, the technician took his time and answered every question. He conducted a very thorough training on how everything was going to work. Thank you ADT for protecting our home.

I've had my ADT alarm system for about 6 yrs now & am glad I have it! It gives me peace of mind knowing that my family & I are safe @ night when we sleep! The service has been great every time I have needed to make a service appt. They have always went above & beyond to make sure my system is working as it should. Very friendly technicians every time! Thank you ADT for keeping my family safe!

The gentleman that came to set up both houses was very polite. He was also very knowledgeable on all the equipment he was installing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you ADT.

Having your phone call needs to be answered on a timely basis and not have to wait 15 minutes. Service technician was very good.

About a month ago I had an alarm that would not turn off. I could NOT hear the ADT person on the phone because the alarm was so loud. They called back, same thing, can't hear any instructions. The Police Dept. checked on me, and because it was a "false alarm." I was charged $25! I thought it un fair, but paid it to get rid of it. Just this month, I had all 4 of my alarms go off; nothing would turn them off. Police came, again... the alarms were intermittant for "three hours" before they were disabled. I had neighbors here at 11:pm, trying to help. ADT never sent anyone to help or investigate. My grandson who is knowledgeable with electrical issues, worked with ADT 2 days in a row, my son spent a 3rd day, without service and without results. My son, remembered a "piece" left over from an installation, replaced it with one on one of the doors, and "BINGO" !!!...problem solved! I called ADT & mentioned I don't want to pay the fine. They said I have to pay it but send them a copy and they'll reimburse me. I should charge ADT for the 3 days my family was on the phone with ADT "assistants" that were as puzzled as we were. I've been with ADT for about 20 years, and this is the worst service I ever had. I'm cancelling ADT and will look for other ways to protect me and my home. I'm 86 years old....!! I don't need this kind of stress and certainly not this kind of service.

Technician come into my home, was nice and quick. Followed proper social distancing, I asked him to hide the wires and he said no he’s not doing that. Apparently customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to matter.
