Phoenix Home Care & Hospice

Phoenix is such a great organization. They provide such amazing support for families during their grieving process, and thereafter. Phoenix hospice nurses are also super compassionate and kind to family's and supportive of inpatient nurses during the transition period. Of note, Hillary, Linda, and Michelle, and Mandy are angels on earth, with the way they make horrible situations feel bearable.

In August of 2022 my husband was enrolled in hospice care through Phoenix Hospice. We were able to spend 2 amazing months at home under Phoenix Hospice and received the absolute best care. All of our needs were met, and if there was something we didn’t have, we had within a very short amount of time. All staff was very caring and supportive to not only my husband, but to myself during this difficult time. I never felt alone, and in fact, they made us feel like family. I’ve referred countless people to Phoenix Home Health & Hospice, and have also used them for my other family members. I will forever be grateful for the care my husband received. Woking in an inpatient setting at the hospital I’ve had the opportunity to work with Phoenix often. I’ve always had such a great experience with them and the way they treat their patients is phenomenal. The patients are so well cared for and families have nothing but good things to say about them.

My father was referred to Phoenix Hospice after repeated hospitalizations and worsening health. My only regret is that we didn't elect their services sooner. All of their staff were respectful, attentive, kind, considerate, and compassionate. My father only had hospice services for less than a week before he passed but I felt such a connection with the social worker and the chaplain who prayed with me after he passed and the nurses and the health aides who cared for him.

Working in healthcare, you see so many individuals pass. As heartbreaking as it is, Phoenix treats you like family and treats your family like their own. A few months ago, a close family friend passed and we did not hesitate to use Phoenix to help us with her home going. We appreciate all Phoenix did and continues to do for our family.

Very good hospice! I’d highly recommend! They have done such a great job with taking care of my mom before she passed❤🙏🏽. I am so grateful for discovering them. They helped me & supported me through processing my mother’s passing. One of the Nurses Brooke & the Guy chaplain was very helpful and I thank those two for being there and supporting my family. They even sent me a letter with all of the nurses names & chaplain names on it. By the way, thank you so much for the letter guys!

A few weeks after my father’s cancer diagnosis the decision was made to proceed with hospice due to the advanced progression and his rapid decline. The care provided by everyone at Phoenix was phenomenal, they answered all our question…several times over, graciously and professional handled an unusual family dynamic, and all while ensuring my father received the best care in his final days.

Have worked critical care for many years and have had the privilege to work with t h is fine group of people. They care a great deal and make sure that the family as well as the person they are caring for have the best of care. They understand what is happening to both side.
