Entire experience was pleasant and staff was friendly, professional. Financing was a breeze and all aspects from test drive to final purchase were transparent and pressure free. Staff used a tablet to explain the buying process and features of the vehicle. We were also introduced to the service department. This is 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Orr and it is the only place we will go-HIGHLY recommend!!

I have driven Hondas since I got my very first car and have never liked other makes that I’ve test driven over the years…until I stopped by Orr Nissan in East Wichita on a whim. I was looking to trade in my fairly new HRV if I found a reputable place with terms that met my conditions. I’d never driven a Nissan and didn’t expect to find the right deal. However, with the outstanding help of Bryan, Brad and Steve, I not only got an outstanding trade-in offer and excellent financing with a lower interest rate, but I also found a car that might be my very favorite vehicle I’ve ever driven! I am now a very proud owner of a brand new Nissan Rogue, and I could not be happier. Gavin is a great salesman! We have been looking to trade my car in and finally found the exact car I wanted at this dealership. However we do live out of state so we were a little nervous about the whole process. This was by far the easiest car buying process we have experienced thanks to Gavin! Chris, our service advisor is great. He goes out his way to get what is needed each time we bring our car in. This time it’s was a bit harder for him to get the part he needed for my husband’s car. The part was out throughout the U.S., so he red flagged the part. After about a week of my husband’s having to stay there he called me with the good news that it was finally fixed and we could come pick it up. Again if it wasn’t for Chris doing what he does best for his customers, we wouldn’t have my husband car working again.
