The store is awesome! ( Webb Rd in Wichita Kansas) The person that helped me I believe was Kelsey. If you have an orthopedic order for inserts or anything you get 10% off as well! I had a severely broken foot and had to get a shoe to put a metal shank and inserts in and she was very helpful! The best!

Let me tell you, I have been looking for a new pair of shoes for weeks, and between a store not having my size, or the customer service in the shoe store being bad, I've not had any luck. Until I walked into this New Balance! Sarah went ABOVE and beyond! After stepping on their measuring computer she explained what is causing my foot pain. She was so patient as I asked for different styles and sizes, men's, then back to women's, I mean I tried on A LOT. She was knowledgeable in directing me to what shoe to stay away from even though i liked the way the shoes looked, she explained why they could be bad for my feet; other places would let me walk out with the pair that I liked the looks of, or that felt nice in the store, but she explained long term what would be best. Even knew what eyelits to lace for my specific problem. She didn't try and sale me on insoles , but simply offered for me to try some if I'd like. 10/10 highly recommend this store, and Sarah! Oh! Also, my 11 yo has pretty severe adhd, she didn't act bothered by her whatsorver. Which is an absolute plus! ♡

Stopped in with Mom-Dad to get Mom a new pair of tennis shoes. We were so fortunate to have Alexis help us. My parents are both 88, and mom has Alzheimer’s. Alexis went above and beyond, helping Mom pick out a pair of shoes and making sure she was happy with them. She was so patient, kind, and never made us feel we were taking too much time. Thank you Alexis and New Balance for making Mom's shopping a positive experience.

Walking in I was greeted warmly. I was confident they knew exactly what I needed. When I took my new shoes to the Orthotic specialist, he was very impressed with my purchase as I was. I have my freedom to walk without pain again. Thank you both for your awesome help!

Great experience as always! Stopped into the east Wichita, KS store looking for something other than a boot I normally wear to work. Nathan listened to ALL my fitting concerns and off he went. Got a good sturdy and most important comfortable pair of shoes. I should have visited the store much sooner as I have been bouncing around my current assortment of footwear to find a pair that my feet didn't hurt and hour after lacing them up or at the end of the work day; would have save me some $$$. Give them a try (New Balance) you may be quite surprised!

I visited for the first time last Friday morning and was taken care of by Alexis. She went through all the proper measuring procedures New Balance is famous for and came up with several options for me to try on. I have had feet problems for years and have spent a lot of money trying to get something that fits and feels good - literally wasting thousands of dollars and years of my life! I now have the best fitting/feeling shoes I've owned in years. I'll be back in a couple of weeks for another pair (or two) for my closet. I am sold on New Balance - and Alexis was top notch to work with. Thank you!

I went here yesterday to get supportive shoes for my son to compliment the custom insoles to treat his tendonitis. There were not rows and rows of shoes, there was a person waiting there, had my son step on a pad that measured everything about his feet! Then he didn’t stop trying until my son found a pair that fit him and supported his feet in the way that he needed. The customer service was amazing! He even opened the door for us on our way out!

They helped my husband and I get the correct size shoes by using a scanner you stand on. We are very pleased with our purchase. We highly recommend it.

I called ahead told the sales woman what I was looking for. She told me that she could help me . I have really high arches and I am on my feet 10+ hours a day .I went in the young women was there and ready to help me. She fitted me for a great shoe and an insole. The service was great!!!! She actually stayed with me through out the entire sale. That is rare now most places don't help the way they do they actually help you pick the shoe that fits you best.I thought this kind of customer service was gone. I was very impressed they are great!!!! If you need shoes that actually fit you this is the place to go. I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family members. GREAT PLACE AWESOME SERVICE WELL DONE!!!

Megan W. was very helpful in assisting me in finding a pair of shoes that fit me properly. When I called about a pair of shoes like I already had, she suggested a similar model that was less expensive. She told me that she could order them and she would call when they came in. I was surprised when in less than a week they came in, I went to the store, she assisted me in the fitting and told me about all the features of the shoe, I purchased them and am very satisfied with them. Thanks to Megan for the excellent customer service.

Great!! It's operated like shoe stores of the past!! They measure your feet, scan for any arch in them and then fit the shoes til you are satisfied!! The young lady knew the products!! I'll go back in a few months for another pair!! It was worth driving from the far west side of Wichita!

Excellent customer service. I needed to buy insoles for better heel Support and was quickly shown a couple of options. I appreciated that they explained the features and told me the price up front. I got what I needed and was very pleased with my experience with Meg, the very polite lady that helped me.

Alexis knows her shoes and inserts and took her time explaining to my husband and me what parts of the shoe were necessary to help my husband’s feet. She also explained the difference in the shoe inserts and why the ones we chose for the shoe were necessary for his high arch. Alexis was very patient with our questions, sometimes having to repeat herself, but she did it all with a smile. My husband’s feet haven’t felt this good for YEARS!! We’ll most definitely be back when it’s time for ME to get shoes!!

I am well pleased with the service I received being fitted for a new pair of New Balance shoes January 18th. Megan, the very warm and friendly, professional and knowledgable young woman who waited on me made me feel like an honored guest. She was so patient and caring - even took the time to show me a way to tie my shoes to help protect my ankles. A delightful experience of excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

This store has an awesome team. I recently went in for running shoes and though the first pair didn't fit, no worries. The team continued to work with me until we found the perfect pair. The shoes are awesome and the employees are top notch.

I shop here quite often have for many years & really enjoy the items I purchase here. The people are great and the atmosphere is also great. I was a bit disappointed in the fact it took 2 months too get a shirt I ordered in my size. I still like shopping here and things worked out.

So easy to pick out my special sneaker! Salesman was attentive and informative on my purchase. He shared info on elastic shoe laces and am going to try them....Didn't catch his name or get his card! But had spoke on phone before driving up from Oklahoma.

The sales person was polite, quick, carried my shoes to the door and even offered to walk me to my car with an umbrella since it was pouring! This was wonderful! Previously I had "problems" with this store's customer service so I am thrilled to report it was EXCELLENT this time.

The customer service at this location was amazing. Jon really listened to my concerns and issues I was having and took great care in finding the right shoes and inserts that would work best for me and relieve the pain I was having in my feet. I will be returning to this store for all my shoe and foot care needs in the future. If you have not been here I recommend checking it out!
